Report on John Bradshaw Layfield's in-ring future - backstage thoughts
On Thursday, June 26, 2008 at 6:26 PM EST According to a report in The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, there has been some talk within WWE as of late regarding JBL's future. He is still said to have back problems and there is some frustration that he can't perform at the level he would like to. Some were surprised he was not drafted over to Smackdown to utilize his heel character much better since it had much more success on that brand during his run as WWE Champion.
