On Tuesday, July 1, 2008 at 8:20 PM EST The Wrestling Observer/Figure Four Online is reporting that last night's 6/30 edition of WWE Monday Night Raw drew a final 3.5 cable rating. That is a fairly solid number considering where ratings were at before the Draft.
