Identity of Atlas Ortiz wrestler that debuted on last night's ECW - more
On Wednesday, July 2, 2008 at 2:49 PM EST For those who didn't catch last night's ECW on Sci Fi, a wrestler by the name of Atlas Ortiz (real name Rich Young) debuted gaining a victory over Armando Estrada. You can read David Stephens full ECW report at this link.
Ortiz was known to some wrestling fans as Atlas Da Bone and was a developmental wrestler for WWE working in Ohio Valley Wrestling and more recently in Florida Championship Wrestling. It should be noted that he as an extensive football background having played for the NFL's Kansas City Chiefs practice squad, had several stints in the AFL and even played in the short-lived XFL.
