Cena is still alive, interesting update on Ashley Massaro, and WWE note

For those wondering, WWE.com confirmed last night that John Cena was able to "escape" the car attack from JBL with only minor scratches. So, he isn't dead and will be wrestling this Sunday at Great American Bash against JBL in the New York City Parking Lot Brawl. On a side note, the latest edition of Wrestling News Live with myself and the Trey Dawg looking at last night's Raw and more is up at this link.

In another interesting twist to the Ashley Massaro/WWE situation, her blog at this link talking about her sick daughter has now been edited to say a sick family member.

World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc., To Report 2008 Second Quarter Results

STAMFORD, Conn., July 10, 2008 – World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE:WWE) announced that it will report its 2008 second-quarter results on Tuesday, August 5, 2008, before the market opens. Senior management will host a conference call beginning at 11:00 am ET to discuss the results.
