*TYLER BLACK TALKS AGE OF THE FALL, RING OF HONOR, TAG TEAM WRESTLING*

ROH star Tyler Black was the guest on the most recent edition of PWB's Official Podcast with Lex and Ian, located at http://www.pwbpodcastlive.com. Black discussed several topics, including the Age of the Fall, his match with Nigel McGuinness at ROH: Take No Prisoners and the state of tag team wrestling.

Black on the Age of the Falls’ bloody debut angle at ROH: Man Up:

“When that whole idea was presented to me, the visual itself struck me as being very, very epic, so I had a feeling going in that it was going to throw people for a loop.”

Black on his match with Nigel McGuinness at ROH: No Prisoners:

“…I hate all my matches. They all feel good at the time, but after I go back and watch them, I pick them apart. It definitely, I think, garnered me the most attention of any match I’ve had thus far, and the crowd reaction definitely kind of made that match, too.”

Black on the state of tag team wrestling:

“I think when [the WWE] separated the brands is really when it started to go downhill just because they didn’t have enough time to dedicate to tag teams…I think TNA’s tag division does a pretty good job. They’ve got the Machineguns over there, and the Dudley Boys—they do alright. There’s a lot of good indy tag teams around, especially in Ring of Honor—I think we have a couple good ones.”

Black also discussed what it’s like wrestling Jerry Lynn, his time in Wrestling Society X and his favorite wrestler growing up. For the entire interview, check out the PWB Podcast Hotline Site: click here.
