According to a report by KMBC in Kansas City, MO, Twyla Riley is suing WWE for injuries she suffered to her head, back, neck, knee, ankle and elbow at a May 19 Smackdown event at the Gale Bullman Multipurpose Center on the Missouri University of Science and Technology campus. She is blaming WWE for a fall from the bleachers where she said the railing gave way. Her husband, who also attended the show, is part of the lawsuit as well. Lawyers for the university and WWE have stated that Riley was at fault for the incident.

Yet another update on the Unforgiven PPV poster. More readers have passed on a link to a Wikipedia page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unforgiven_2008">this link (which is a sketchy source for anything wrestling related a majority of the time considering anyone can edit) with Batista on the front. The poster with Kane was apparently a fake. So I guess the third time is the charm with this story. Thanks to everyone who sent that in.
