On Tuesday, August 5, 2008 at 6:56 PM EST The Wrestling Observer/Figure Four Online is reporting that last night's 8/4 edition of WWE Monday Night Raw drew a final 3.4 cable rating (or 3.43 rating). The first hour drew a 3.3., while the second hour drew a 3.5. This is down from last week's 3.6 rating.
