More WWE releases possibly coming, former TNA star at tapings, more
On Wednesday, August 13, 2008 at 3:10 PM EST The talk among wrestlers at Raw this past Monday in Richmond, VA was that another half-dozen names were going to be cut from the company in addition to the previous seven announced last Friday. Whether or not that will happen remains to be seen, but that was the topic of discussion.
Tomko, who finished up with TNA two weeks ago at TV tapings in Orlando, was backstage at the Smackdown/ECW tapings in Atlanta last Tuesday.
When asked within WWE on how things were like at TV with news making the rounds that Ric Flair and the company had parted ways, one WWE source added quote, "With the exception of Charles Robinson moping around, nothing has changed."
