Joe passed on a link to an article on WWE.com about Umaga suffering an injury at this link. Umaga suffered a knee injury at a recent Smackdown/ECW event in Johnson City, TN and has been diagnosed with a torn posterior cruciate ligament (PCL). He is expected to be out of action for four to six weeks.

The Wrestling Observer/Figure Four is reporting that Jeff Hardy was believed to have suffered a broken neck at the Smackdown/ECW tapings this past Tuesday night in Norfolk, VA. Hardy did not wrestle at last night's Supershow event in Rockford, IL and missed a scheduled appearance at Best Buy (Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase Jr. replaced him). Early indications at this point is that Hardy didn't suffer a major injury during his match with Shelton Benjamin, but he did arrive to the tapings with fluid in his elbow that wouldn't drain well. He has been pulled from all weekend house show events and is still scheduled to face MVP at SummerSlam tomorrow night unless plans change.
