Possible plan for Smackdown Scramble, Jericho - Michaels, conventions |

While plans are always subject to change, the working idea for the Smackdown WWE Championship Scramble at Unforgiven was for the winner to defend the title on the show against The Undertaker in what would be an angle involving Vickie Guerrero awarding Undertaker a title shot as a peace offering.
Update: There was discussions of not even having Undertaker booked for the PPV so it remains to be seen what they will do.
Chris Jericho and Shawn Michaels have been working together with their feud. While the creative team has some input, they are the ones coming up with all the ideas and where they want to see it go.
In addition to spending time at the Democratic National Convention last week in Denver, WWE will also be at the Republican National Convention this week in St. Paul. Shawn Michaels, Mr. Kennedy and Mickie James are slated to appear at the RNC. Batista, Shelton Benjamin and Candice Michelle appeared at the DNC convention. Michaels and Kennedy have done political work for the Republicans in the past, with Michaels involved in the last election in 2004 and Kennedy doing work earlier this year.
