- Highlights of Vince & Shane McMahon vs. D-Generation X from SummerSlam is shown and how ECW Champion The Big Show got involved destroying both Triple H and Shawn Michaels. We also see highlights of The McMahon's bringing Big Show to Raw to take out DX as well.

- A shot of Shawn Michaels and Triple H arriving to ECW is shown.

- The ECW promo hits. Joey Styles & Tazz plug ECW Champion The Big Show vs. D-Generation X later tonight in a 2 on 1 Handicap Match that will be under Extreme Rules.

- Rob Van Dam & Sabu defeated Test & Mike Knox. This match was under Extreme Rules. RVD spent a majority of the match going against Test and Knox, while Sabu was on the outside getting a steel chair and setting up a table outside of the ring near the announce table. RVD hit an impressive spin kick on Test in the corner that resulted in him going over the top rope in the same motion. Lots of double-teaming by RVD and Sabu on Test and Knox. RVD, Test and Knox all got on the ring apron near the table. This allowed Sabu to setup a steel chair, jump off it and take all three men for a ride crashing through the table. Lots more use of a steel chair by RVD on Test and Knox. The finish saw another table get brought into the ring and Knox was put on top of it. Sabu hit a leg drop and RVD hit the Five Star Frog Splash at the same time off the opposite corners with Sabu getting the pinfall for the win. Very solid match.

- ECW Champion The Big Show is shown warming up backstage.

- Kevin Thorn & Ariel are shown sitting in a dark room with candles and a table full of tarot reading cards. Thorn asks what the cards have in store for them tonight. Ariel gets a card and mentions it is "sexual" related.

- Matt Striker's music hits and he comes out wearing yet another short red tie. Highlights from last week are shown when Striker took out The Sandman with a stapler. Striker gets in the ring, complete with his "classroom" scene behind him. He said last weeks lesson taught The Sandman that brains were still stronger than braun. Striker mentions how Columbus, GA was the home of the Little League World Series. The fans cheer. He calls them little jocks and how they will grow up to be even bigger dumb jocks. Striker said it is scary that fans can throw out stats of their favorite sport, yet they don't take the time to go to the library and pick up the latest copy of a Rush Limbaugh book. I'd think they would have a better selection. Striker also takes a jab at the late Steve Irwin saying he is smart enough to not swim with stingrays. The Sandman's music hits and he does his usual entrance through the crowd. Striker taunts at Sandman to come to the ring because he isn't scared of him. As soon as Sandman hits the ring, Striker bolts and runs to the entrance area. Sandman gets some chalk and writes the word "SUX" under Striker's name on the blackboard.

- Clips from "The Marine" starring John Cena is shown.

- Kevin Thorn and Ariel are shown coming out to the arena. They walk near the announcers table and Ariel gets up on the table. Ariel mounts Joey Styles and Styles backs up as Tazz looks on. Styles says, "Tazz, this woman has fangs!" Ariel eventually gets off Styles and she sits with Thorn near the table to watch the next match.

- Stevie Richards defeated Balls Mahoney. Lots of back and forth action between Mahoney and Richards. Mahoney hit an impressive modified russian leg sweep on Richards and then did his usual right hands with the crowd chanting "BALLS" along with each. The finish saw Ariel jump up on the ring apron to distract the referee. This allowed Richards to low blow Mahoney. Thorn then hit Mahoney with his cane and Richards covered to get the pinfall.

- Shawn Michaels and Triple H are shown making there way to the arena.

- "The Reject" Shannon Moore is shown. He says (in a horrible voice), "I'm the Prince of Punk and I'm bringing sexy back." CM Punk walks up, looks at Moore and then calls him a poser. Punk slaps Moore across the face and smiles. Moore grabs his face.

- ECW Champion The Big Show came out. A graphic hits the screen noting the upcoming 2 on 1 Handicap Match is under Extreme Rules. The ECW theme song hits and Paul Heyman comes out with his two security guards behind him. Heyman gets on the mic and said he had an attack of conscience tonight. Heyman said he couldn't expose DX to The Big Show in an Extreme Rules Match tonight and announces that stipulation will no longer apply. Big Show smiles at Heyman.

- D-Generation X defeated ECW Champion The Big Show in a 2 on 1 Handicap Match via DQ. This match was not under Extreme Rules as noted earlier in the segment with Paul Heyman. HBK took out Big Show early with a big DDT thanks to an assist from Triple H. Big Show came back chopping Triple H and taking out HBK with a big suplex. When HBK went off the ropes, Heyman's security held the top rope down and HBK went over. The security guards attacked HBK. Triple H tried to help, but they took him out with a double-headbutt wearing their riot gear masks. Triple H eventually came back with a big spinebuster on Big Show. HBK leaped over the top rope and took out the security guards. The finish saw Triple H get ready to give Big Show a Pedigree when Hardcore Holly hit the ring and attacked Triple H to cause the DQ. Holly and Big Show started attacking HBK when he was thrown back in the ring. Triple H then got a sledgehammer from under the ring and Big Show and Holly quickly left the ring. Triple H took out both security guards with the sledgehammer. Big Show, Holly and Heyman all left up the entrance area. Shawn Michaels and Triple H celebrated by doing the DX crotch chops with the green "X" pyro behind them as the show went off the air.
