Full WWE Experience Results – June 20th, 2004
Hosts: Todd Grisham and Ivory
Report by: Jason “showdown” Patton of WrestleView.com

The show kicks off with Todd Grisham and Ivory in Union Square in New York City. A statue of George Washington on a horse is behind them. Ivory jokes about how Todd is getting more famous each week. They recap that the Dudley Boys defeated Rico and Charlie Haas to become 18 time tag team champions.

Paul Heyman comes out and says that he controls Undertaker’s conscience. He says that Undertaker will face the Dudleys in a handicap match at the Great American Bash called a Live Free or Die match. The coffin that is next to him represents a crypt that will have Paul Bearer locked inside. If Undertaker doesn’t do the right thing, then crypt will be filled with cement at Heyman’s command.

HHH is seen talking to Eric Bischoff saying he won the Hell In A Cell and deserves to be #1 contender. Bischoff informs Triple H that Eugene is undefeated though. Bischoff says that HHH can be #1 contender if he beats the “holy hell” out of Eugene next week on RAW.

Todd and Ivory are walking through the park talking about Triple H and his match with Eugene. They stop and see a woman that matches Todd perfectly. He sits down and compliments himself as well as her. They then mention that last week on RAW, Eugene made his Highlight Reel debut.

Triple H comes out to the ring with the rest of Evolution. He says he is Eugene’s friend and that Jericho lied. HHH then gives Eugene a present. Eugene opens it up and takes out a Triple H hat, t-shirt and then a picture of Triple H. HHH pulls out a Sharpie and says he is going to sign the photo for Eugene and calls him his buddy. Eugene goes on to hug HHH, who smiles gleefully. Triple H then pulls out and Evolution t-shirt that he wants Eugene to sign. Eugene does and is very excited as Triple H asks him to take a picture with him. They take a picture and HHH tells Eugene that if anyone says anything bad about him, that Eugene should tell Triple H. Eugene agrees and shows William Regal his new stuff.

Ivory is next to an engraved wall in a park. She says that the hero presenting gifts to people is Triple H. She then says the man accepting the gifts and believing everything is Eugene and behind him is Regal, begging Eugene not to go to the ring. She then points out herself collapsed after a day with Todd.

Chris Jericho and Edge were then seen in Ireland talking to people about the Medieval times. Edge put on a head chain mail and Jericho put on a helmet. They talk about the black plague and how they lived.

-COMMERCIAL BREAK-

The WWE Rewind is shown from two weeks ago on SmackDown! Rob Van Dam shakes hands with John Cena and then kicks him in the head.

Todd and Ivory remind us that at the Great American Bash, John Cena will defend his U.S. Championship against RVD, Booker T and Renee Dupree. This week however, Kurt Angle put Cena and RVD on a team to face Booker T and Dupree.

RVD and Cena are in the ring together and they begin fighting. Booker T and Renee Dupree come in to take both men out until the lights go out. Undertaker appears in the ring and grabs Booker T by the neck. He lets go and hits a boot to the face of Cena. He then attacks RVD and chokeslams him as Cena slowly gets up. He hits a tombstone piledriver on Cena as Paul Heyman comes out with the golden urn in hand. Undertaker gets on one knee as Heyman smiles.

Again, the Live Free or Die handicap match between Undertaker and the new WWE Tag Team Champions will take place at the Great American Bash.

-COMMERCIAL BREAK-

WWE Sting of the Night is shown from Bad Blood a week ago. As Lita hits a DDT on Gail Kim, Trish Stratus rolls her up and becomes the first ever 5 time WWE Women’s Champion with that victory.

Information on the $250,000 RAW Diva Search is shown. There are three “over the top” auditions in Chicago, New York and Los Angeles. The ten finalists will make it to a live RAW show where eventually, only one women will be left standing and become the next Diva with a $250,000 talent contract.

Ivory calls Todd a diva, but he disagrees. He then demands that he gets his double latte frappachino. He takes a drink and claims that he only wanted two shots of espresso as he gives it back.

The RAW Action is then shown with Lita hitting her DDT move on Trish Stratus and winning her match to become #1 contender. She later tells Stacy Keibler that she is pregnant. La Resistance then wins a flag match by cheating and they sign the Canadian national anthem. Kane is then told he isn’t the #1 contender and he gets angry. He breaks things in Eric Bischoff’s office afterwards.

-COMMERCIAL BREAK-

The SmackDown! Lowdown is then shown starting with Funaki dressed as John Cena who raps about Kurt Angle. Angle makes match with his bodyguard (Rufus?) in which Funaki loses quickly and badly. Rey Mysterio is then seen winning the Cruiserweight title against Chavo Classic. Eddie then hits a frog splash in his match to win.

John Bradshaw Layfield was then shown in the ring telling everyone that he was fired from his job at CNBC. He said that the Texas Bullrope Match was no longer used because the blood will flow like a river from Eddie Guerrero. He said it will make Judgment Day look like a cartoon. He goes on to say that Eddie Guerrero is everything he hates about America. He said that no one can stop him from winning the WWE Championship at the Great American Bash. Eddie Guerrero then came out and attacked JBL, who eventually fled from the ring.

-COMMERCIAL BREAK-

Photos from the Hell In A Cell match between Shawn Michaels and Triple H were shown with Triple H winning the bloody match.

Ivory and Todd say that no Hell In A Cell match has ended a rivalry, but this one has. Jim Ross came out to the ring on RAW to bury the hatchet and have Triple H and Shawn Michaels end this feud for good.

As it looks like HBK and HHH will shake hands, Kane comes out and attacks HBK. Kane throws him into the ring post and then puts a chair around his neck.

Todd said that what happened next was too brutal to show, but he did tell us that Kane jumped on the chair, crushing the larynx of Shawn Michaels. Ivory said everyone’s thoughts and prayers are with HBK as this can happen in wrestling. She then says that the show must go on as Edge, Chris Benoit and Chris Jericho took on Evolution with Triple H at ring side in a 6 man tag team elimination match.

Batista attacks Chris Benoit and then turns around. Edge spears him, but is not the legal man. He backs off as Benoit leaps off the top rope to hit a diving headbutt, but he is not the legal man either. Chris Jericho then comes in and hits a lionsault on Batista to eliminate him.

Later in the match, Jericho gets Ric Flair in the Walls of Jericho. Flair taps, but Triple H distracts the referee and Randy Orton RKO’s Jericho. Flair pins him for the elimination making it a two on two match.

Edge takes out Flair, but Orton low blows him from behind. Orton then hits an RKO on Edge and covers for the elimination. Chris Benoit strikes back immediately though by getting Flair in a crossface, forcing him to tap out for the elimination.

The referee gets knocked down as Triple H comes into the ring. Chris Benoit gives him a German suplex and then locks in the sharpshooter on Randy Orton. Orton fights to get to all ropes, but ends up tapping out.

Ivory has Todd in a side headlock and Todd taps out. Ivory says the diva in the green shirt tapped just like Orton did and laughed. Todd reminds us that Triple H can become #1 contender as he faces Eugene tomorrow night. They then say that if they eat somewhere for 8 hours, they can stay there and watch Sunday Night Heat tonight at 7/6 cst. They then wish everyone a Happy Father’s Day.

Food For Thought

Not much from the mind of me today, but I will make it quick. If the Cruiserweight division doesn’t showcase guys like Billy Kidman, Shannon Moore and everybody’s favorite Paul London soon, then maybe the division should go and those wrestlers should go to ROH or TNA. Triple H made for a great heel on the Highlight Reel. Rotten bananas seem more appealing right now then the Great American Bash.

Happy Father’s Day!!!
