I just got back from the Continental Arena, thought you might want these results:
Cryme Tyme defeats Worlds Greatest Tag Team when Cryme Tyme revearsed a pin attempt by Benjamin (Charlie Haas is met with a chorus of boos, despite being a Seton Hall University alumni- ironically, the mens basketball team plays at the Arena)
Vladimir Koslov defeats Val Venis by using the Shock Treatment (had Venis up in a torture rack and dropped to his knees) Lots of Boring chants
Lance Cade and Trevor Murdoch defeats The Highlanders using their finisher (the high/low clothesline)
Womens Title Match- Mickie James defeats Victoria by reversing the Widows Peak into a roll-up (Mickie James' boobs almost popped out of her top several times)
Intercontinental Title Ladder Match- Jeff Hardy defeats Carlito and Johnny Nitro when Hardy pushed Nitro off the ladder and onto the top rope. One spot showed Hardy back dropped Carlito onto the ladder as it was propped in the corner, causing the ladder to bend. Also, Carlito took his apple and spit in the face of Nitro, causing him to fall off at one point. Melina interfered a bit too.
Intermission
Maria comes out and does a kiss cam claiming the best couple to kiss would end up on WWE.com. Viscera came out and said everyone wants to see Vis and Maria dance. Maria started dancing and every guy in the arena's jaw dropped- WOW) Vis then said he wanted a big, wet kiss. Hacksaw came out....
Hacksaw Jim Duggan defeats Viscera when Eugene runs out and accidently helps Hacksaw to win.
DX and Ric Flair defeats Rated RKO and Kenny Dykstra... Howard Finkal announces this will be a No-DQ match before the match begins. Triple H and Shawn Michaels are BARELY in the match. Match starts out with everyone going into the crowd. Once the match settles down, Flair is in the whole match. Flair finally gets a tag to Triple H and gets all of his spots off on all 3 guys. After a steel chair is used, Triple H gets the sledgehammer as Edge and Orton leave the arena. Triple H nails Kenny with the sledgehammer and Shawn Michaels nails him with the Sweet Chin Music for the pin. After shaking hands, Triple H returns to the ring and pedigrees Kenny. (HUGE POP for DX)
Fink then said he had a HUGE announcement... Fink announces that on Sunday August 26th, Summerslam would be at the Continental Arena for their 20th Anniversary Pay-Per-View. Huge POP from the crowd.
WWE Title Match- John Cena defeats Umaga via DQ... Umaga dominates the entire match. Finally, Cena gets the STFU on Umaga and Estrada nails Cena with the belt. Cena knocks Umaga outside the ring and gives Estrada the FU to end the show... (Despite past heat from the NJ crowd, Cena got lots of love tonight)
