- The show started with clips of last week's event. The new TNA intro hits. Mike Tenay and Don West welcome everyone to the show.

- Jeff Jarrett came to the ring with Jonny Fairplay, who was wearing a neckbrace and arm sling (selling his attack from last week). The ring was surrounded by TNA wrestlers. Jarrett introduced Thomas T. Stenenbaum, the lawyer Jarrett had been speaking to on numerous TNA shows. Stenenbaum got on the mic and announced that as of tonight the NWA Board of Directors is offically disbanding and all those involved have given Bill Behrens their resignations. Stenenbaum told all NWA wrestlers not with Jarrett, referees and black shirt security that they now must obey the new management in TNA. Don Callis was at ringside and held up a big "Under New Management" sign. Jarrett told Jerry Lynn, Simon Diamond, Johnny Swinger and Sonny Siaki that they all have to win their respective matches tonight or be released. Jarrett also announced that if El Leon lost his match against Abyss, he would have to unmask tonight. Jarrett then talked about his NWA World Title defense later tonight, claiming he didn't care who it was. He said he knew it wasn't AJ Styles or D'Lo Brown since Abyss took them out. Jarrett said it definitely isn't Raven since The Gathering took care of him. Jarrett said that whoever it is tonight, he would walk in the ring the champion and leave the champion.

Chris Harris then chose to speak on behalf of the NWA. Jarrett told Harris that he is just a mid-card tag team wrestler for life. Harris said he was involved in some of the greatest matches in TNA last year and told Jarrett he knew who his mystery opponent was tonight. Jarrett challenged Harris to come to the ring. Harris dropped the mic and hit the ring. Everyone else soon followed as the NWA babyfaces took out Jarrett's heel group.

- Backstage, Scott Hudson interviewed the AAA representative concerning the America's Cup Tournament next week.

- Insane Clown Posse defeated Glenn Gilberti & David Young. The match ended when Violent J hit a moonsault off the top rope on David Young. Shaggy followed it up with a top rope leg drop and got the 1, 2, 3 clean.

- Backstage, Scott Hudson interviewed Jerry Lynn, Elix Skipper, Chris Sabin and Sonjay Dutt. Lynn gave everyone a pep talk.

- Sonny Siaki defeated Kid Kash to keep his job with TNA. The match ended when Kash hit a quick DDT on Siaki. Jeremy Borash distracted Kash on the outside. Kash, who had a broom with him in the ring, tried to swing it at Borash but ended up getting rolled up by Sikai for the pin.

- Soon after the match finished, Don Callis came out and bragged about the full power he has in TNA. Callis fired Jeremy Borash, Sara (the lady ticket holder) and Tiny (the TNA bellringer). Rick Michaels would later take over announcing duties for Borash. Callis insulted Siaki and said he would fire him next. Kid Kash hit the ring to try to attack Siaki, but Siaki took him down. Trinity hit the ring and took out Siaki with a big kick. Kash gave Siaki a low blow and Kash/Trinity double teamed him. Kash tried to give Trinity a hug, but she left quickly.

- Backstage, Scott Hudson interviewed America's Most Wanted (Chris Harris & James Storm). Harris cut a promo on standing up for what you believe in, just like how he did tonight against Jeff Jarrett. Jarrett eventually broke up the promo and started to brawl with both. It was eventually stopped and all men were pulled apart.

- Abyss defeated El Leon via DQ. The match ended when Abyss hit El Leon with the Black Hole Slam and then tried to remove his mask instead of going for the pin. AJ Styles ran down and attacked Abyss. Abyss looked to hit a big chokeslam on Styles, but El Leon made the save for Styles. Styles got on the mic and demanded a title shot. Don Callis came out and said he would give him a title match tonight, but not a World Title match. Callis announced that Styles would team up with Abyss to take on Redshirt Security with the NWA World Tag Team Titles on the line.

- The Gathering (CM Punk & Julio Dinero) defeated Terry Funk & The Sandman. The match ended when The Gathering hit a double team sideslam off the ropes through a chair on Sandman for the pin.

- A sitdown interview Mike Tenay conducted with Simon Diamond and Johnny Swinger was shown. The interview consisted of both Diamond and Swinger insulting Glen Gilberti, calling him a glory hound and always trying to steal their thunder when they were in the spotlight. Swinger said that he trusts Diamond like a brother and said their bond cannot be broken. Jonny Fairplay walked up and said he smelled a lair. Fairplay bragged about telling the greatest lie in TV history on Survivor. Diamond eventually attacked Fairplay to end the segment.

- AJ Styles & Abyss defeated Redshirt Security (Kevin Northcutt & Legend) to become the NEW NWA World Tag Team Champions. The match ended when Chris Harris came to ringside and distracted Kevin Northcutt, allowing Styles to roll him up for the pin and end the one week reign for the Redshirts as tag team champions.

- Clips were shown of the media attention given to Brian Urlacher's apppearance on NWA TNA last week. Tenay brought up an article about Jonny Fairplay in the National Enquirer.

- Backstage, Scott Hudson was with the Insane Clown Posse. Violent J said they took their match so seriously tonight that they wore spandex. Shaggy said he may not know how to wrestle, but he knows how to fight. Violent J said they will face whoever Jeff Jarrett throws at them next week.

- Erik Watts came to the ring and said that although he may not be the Director of Authority in TNA nymore, he is still a wrestler. Watts said he would make Jarrett and Callis pay. He set up a chair in the ring and said he would wait until they came out. Goldylocks came out instead. She got on the mic and blamed Watts for stealing her spotlight. She said she was upset that Watts made her stay in the back when clearly the fans wanted to see her. Goldylocks said he never thanked her for making him feel good about himself. She said she made him feel like a real man even when she would have more fun pleasing herself. Goldylocks said she "faked it" everytime with Watts, even going on to give everyone an example of her talent. Watts then gave Goldylocks a forced kiss and then got her up for a Chokeslam. Jarrett hit the ring and attacked Watts from behind. Then, out of no where, Dustin Rhodes hit the ring and made the save for Watts starting the next match...

- Jeff Jarrett defeated Dustin Rhodes to retain the NWA World Heavyweight Title. The match started in the ring and spilled into the crowd. Redshirt Security tried to interfere, but Dustin fought them off. Back in the ring, AJ Styles interfered and gave Jarrett a big frog splash, but Jarrett was able to kick out after two. Dustin threw Jarrett into the referee. Abyss came out and attacked Styles. Both men brawled on the ramp. Dustin set Jarrett up for the Shattered Dreams in the corner and connected. The Naturals (Chase Stevens & Andy Douglas) ran down and threw powder in Dustin's face followed by a big chairshot. Jarrett covered Dustin and got the 1, 2, 3 to retain the title.
