- Ric Flair is shown talking backstage with Chris Benoit and Eddie Guerrero. Flair says he has an announcement for tonight as they head out of his office and towards the arena.

- The RAW promo hits followed by the pyro going off in the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas starting the show off.

Interview Segment - Ric Flair, Chris Benoit, Eddie Guerrero, Steve Austin
Flair, Benoit and Guerrero get into the ring as a huge number of security guards surround the ring. Flair gets on the mic and praises Benoit and Guerrero's actions against Steve Austin last week on RAW. Chris Benoit gets on the mic and says that last year at the King of the Ring he almost completed his goal of becoming the WWE champion but Steve Austin took that away from him. Benoit said what he did to Austin last week on RAW was a long awaited payback. Eddie Guerrero gets on the mic and says that he got his Intercontinental Title stolen away from him last week on RAW. He said it made him less of a man and took away his Latino Heat. Guerrero said after he gave Austin the Frog Splash, he got back his Latino Heat. Flair says that he knows the fans in his home state in Texas would love to see Austin wrestle but it won't happen tonight because he is still benched. Flair says he will have to talk to Arn Anderson if he has a problem with what he just said. Steve Austin is then shown using Arn Anderson as a puppet on the RAW screen to talk to Flair. Austin knocks Anderson out and demands Flair give him either Benoit or Guerrero tonight. Flair says he can't give him Guerrero because Guerrero is already booked tonight and Benoit is not medically cleared. Austin then proposes that Flair make a match between the two of them and if Austin wins, he is off the bench. If he loses, then he is back on the bench. Flair accepts the challenge and says that this match tonight will be a good 'ole fashioned wrestling match. Arn Anderson starts to come to life again and Austin proceeds to beat him down again. Austin then tells Flair that he has been drinking beer all day and since Flair likes to call himself the Nature Boy, nature just happens to be calling Stone Cold right now. Austin then procceds to start peeing on Arn Anderson (yes, peeing on him) and tells Flair he better be ready for the match tonight. Flair leaves the ring angry as RAW goes to commercial.

WWE Hardcore Title
Steven Richards (c) vs. Bradshaw
RAW comes back from commercial and the match is already going on. Bradshaw takes down Richards with a big clothesline and proceeds to take him out with a cow bell. Bradshaw gets a rope and hog ties Richards legs. Bradshaw goes to the outside and throws a saddle, rope, and a statue of antlers into the ring. Steven then takes out Bradshaw numerous times with a trash can lid. Bradshaw hits a big Fallaway Slam on Richards followed by Spike Dudley coming out and trying to pin Richards but Bradshaw throws him to the outside. Bradshaw pins Richards and gets the 1, 2, and 3 to become the NEW WWE Hardcore Champion. Justin Credible comes out and tries to take out Bradshaw but Bradshaw puts a trash can over his body and hits a big boot. Bradshaw leaves the ring but Crash Holly runs out with a trash can in hand but Bradshaw catches him with a big boot.

Winner and NEW WWE Hardcore Champion: Bradshaw

- The nWo is shown backstage talking about when Nash will make his big announcement. Nash tells them to calm down because he wont do it until later tonight. Goldust walks up pretending to be The Coach and interviews Kevin Nash asking him about the rumors of Goldust joining the nWo. All of the nWo members laugh but Booker T makes a proposal. He proposes that if Goldust can beat X-Pac in his King of the Ring qualifying match tonight, then he can join the nWo and X-Pac is out. X-Pac gets mad at the decision as all members leave the room.

King of the Ring Qualifying Match
X-Pac vs. Goldust
Match starts with X-Pac backing Goldust into the ropes with hard right punches to the face. Goldust takes down X-Pac with a big Manhattan Drop followed by kicking him on the ground a few times. X-Pac takes down Goldust with a big spinning heel kick and goes for the pin but only gets a 2 count. X-Pac goes off the ropes and hits a big leg drop followed by giving Goldust chops in the corner. X-Pac backs up and attempts a Bronco Buster but Goldust moves out of the way. Goldust takes down X-Pac in the corner, backs up and hits X-Pac with the Bronco Buster. Goldust backs up and tries it again but X-Pac catches Goldust in the face with a boot followed by hitting Goldust with the X-Factor. X-Pac goes for the pin and gets the 1, 2, and 3 for the win.

Winner and advancing to King of the Ring: X-Pac

- Highlights are shown from the Ladder Match for the WWE Intercontinental Title between Eddie Guerrero and Rob Van Dam last Monday night on RAW in which RVD won back the IC Title. RVD is then shown standing by with The Coach backstage.

- RAW comes back from commercial and The Coach congratulates RVD on his big title win. Rob Van Dam says it was a great match and he has a feeling that this will be the summer of R-V-D. Paul Heyman walks up with Brock Lesnar and says that tonight, RVD will know what true pain is when he teams up with Bubba Ray Dudley against Eddie Guerrero and the "Next Big Thing" Brock Lesnar.

- Jeff Hardy is shown backstage playing a guitar when Matt Hardy walks up. He asks what Jeff is doing and Jeff said he is tired of doing the same thing over and over again and that they should "live for the moment". Matt doesn't understand and Jeff gets up and walks away.

- Ric Flair is shown backstage telling a person what stipulations should be written down for the match on a contract. He says that if he wins Austin will have to do anything he says or wants. Flair also makes a stipulation that if Austin "punches" him during the match tonight that it will automatically make Austin lose. Steve Austin charges into the room and signs the contract as Flair smiles. Austin asks what Flair is so happy about Flair tells him he will find out later tonight.

WWE REWIND: Molly taking out Trish Stratus with the brass knuckles last week on RAW

WWE Women's Title Match - Lingerie Match
Trish Stratus (c) vs. Terri
Match starts with Terri taking Trish down with a drop toe hold. Terri nails Trish's head off the corner and goes for the pin but only gets a 2 count. Terri climbs the top turnbuckle and hits a big cross body on Trish and goes for the pin but only gets a 2 count. Trish hits a big snapmare followed by snap suplex. Trish goes for the pin but only gets a 2 count. Both women get into numerous pinning perdiciments before Trish hits the Stratusfaction and gets the 1, 2, and 3 for the win.

Winner and STILL WWE Women's Champion: Trish Stratus

- Arn Anderson is shown backstage angry and he tells Chris Benoit that Austin took it too far this time. Anderson says there is no way Austin will beat Ric Flair tonight.

Tag Team Match
Brock Lesnar & Eddie Guerrero vs. Bubba Ray Dudley & Rob Van Dam
Match starts with Bubba Ray Dudley and Brock Lesnar. Bubba charges at Lesnar but Brock takes him down with a big clothesline followed by Guerrero coming and and joining the attack. Both Guerrero and Lesnar throw Bubba Ray into the ropes but Bubba Ray nails both men with a kick to the face. Lesnar leaves the ring and Bubba Ray and Eddie Guerrero remain. Bubba Ray takes down Guerrero with a big front slam. Guerrero somehow gets to his feet and tags in Lesnar. Lesnar throws Bubba Ray into the corner two times taking Bubba Ray out. Bubba Ray fights back however and hits a big DDT but only gets a 2 count. Bubba Ray tags in RVD and RVD gets a few right hand punches into Lesnar. RVD attempts a spinning heel kick but Lesnar catches RVD, throws him up on his shoulder and slams him back down hard. Lesnar tags in Guerrero and Guerrero takes down RVD with a big elbow to the face. RVD tags in Bubba Ray and he takes out Guerrero with a big overhead body drop. Lesnar gets in and tries to take out Bubba Ray but Bubba Ray counters Lesnar and hits a big german suplex on Lesnar! Bubba Ray gets a table but Guerrero drop kicks it into the face of Bubba Ray. Lesnar throws Bubba Ray back in and tries to take him out but Bubba Ray counters and hits the Bubba Bomb on Lesnar! RVD gets the tag as well as Guerrero. RVD hits a big monkey flip followed by a rolling thunder on Guerrero and goes for the pin but Lesnar interupts. RVD hits Lesnar with a spinning heel kick and RVD goes for the Five Star Frog Splash but Paul Heyman breaks it up. Bubba Ray gets into the ring and charges Lesnar while Guerrero climbs the top rope and hits the Frog Splash on RVD and gets the 1, 2, and 3 for the win.

Winners: Brock Lesnar & Eddie Guerrero

- William Regal is shown backstage with The Coach. The Coach says that Regal must be focusing on his King of the Ring qualifying match tonight against Booker T. Regal says of course he is. Who better than William Regal to represent the WWE as a king. Booker T walks up and disagrees with him and says tonight he will win and he is not as dumb as he might appear contrary to what Regal may believe.

- Highlights are shown from last week when Linda and Jakie won the Tough Enough 2 contracts.

King of the Ring Qualifying Match
Booker T vs. William Regal
Match starts with both men locking up and Booker T charging Regal into the corner. Booker T then starts to work on Regal's arm until Regal counters out of it and takes Booker T down. Regal pins Booker T three times but only gets a 2 count on each. Booker T throws Regal to the outside and Booker T follows. Regal picks up Booker T and throws him into the ring apron two times before throwing Booker T back into the ring. Regal hits a big uppercut to Booker T with his hand first followed by his leg. Booker T takes down Regal with a big scissors kick and goes for the pin but only gets a two count. Regal goes to the outside and throws his European Title into the ring and brings a steel chair with him. Booker T picks up Regal's European Title and nails Regal with it. Booker T goes for the pin and gets the 1, 2, and 3 for the win.

Winner and advancing to the King of the Ring: Booker T

- After the match, Booker T gets on the mic and says he is going to give the fans what he wants to see. His music hits and Booker T does the Spineroonie.

- Tommy Dreamer is shown backstage with a bucket and looking to have already gotten sick in it. The Coach walks up and asks if Tommy is sick. Tommy says that ever since he found out he was facing The Undertaker tonight he has been sick all day. They show highlights from what The Undertaker did to Triple H on SmackDown. Tommy Dreamer throws up after watching it as RAW goes to commercial.

WWE BURN OF THE WEEK: Tommy Dreamer drinking The Undertaker's tobacoo juice last week on RAW

Non-Title Match
The Undertaker vs. Tommy Dreamer
Before the match can start, Dreamer goes to the outside and takes the throwup from his bucket and puts it in his mouth and charges at The Undertaker. The Undertaker turns his back but gets taken out by Dreamer. Dreamer throws Undertaker to the outside and attempts a cross body but Undertaker reverses it into a powerslam. Undertaker throws Dreamer into the ring and hits some kicks and punches in the corner. Undertaker picks up Dreamer, slaps his hand across his neck and hits a big Chokeslam. Undertaker hits a few elbow drops to Dreamer and goes for the pin but lifts his body up when the referee gets to the 2 count. Undertaker then picks up Dreamer and locks on a submission move making Dreamer tap out.

Winner: The Undertaker

- After the match, The Undertaker gets the bucket of vomit and he pours it all over Dreamer on the outside. Then out of no where, Jeff Hardy runs down to the ring and drop kicks Undertaker to the back allowing Undertaker to fall into the vomit that was spilled on the ground. The Undertaker turns around enraged as Jeff Hardy stares him down.

- Matt Hardy is shown backstage talking on the phone when The Undertaker walks in and asks where Jeff Hardy is. Matt said Jeff already left and Undertaker asked Matt to give Jeff a message. Undertaker then gives Matt a big boot and starts to beat him up throwing him from wall to wall.

Interview Segment - Kevin Nash's Big Announcement
Kevin Nash gets on the mic and says that a lot of times in this business the deliver of a hype situation never really lives up to its ability. He said that he promised everyone he would deliver a big announcement and rock the WWE. Nash says he would now like to present the newest member of the nWo. Nash points to the entranceway and "HBK" Shawn Michael's music hits. The fans in the arena go nuts as Shawn Michaels comes out and poses for the fans as the pyro goes off behind him. Shawn Michaels gets into the ring and poses with Kevin Nash as the fans go nuts and RAW goes to commercial.

Ric Flair vs. Stone Cold Steve Austin
Match starts with Flair taunting Steve Austin. Austin charges at Flair and Flair gets Austin in a headlock. Austin reverses and locks up Flair's arm behind his back. Austin takes down Flair with a charge to the chest and Austin gets on Flair about to punch him but he stops knowing that if he does, he will lose. Flair charges Austin and Austin takes him down with a drop toe hold followed by locking on a Boston Crab. Austin gives Flair chops in the corner and leans back ready to punch but he stops himself once again. Austin throws Flair into the ropes and when Flair comes off of them Austin hits a big overhead back body drop. Flair gets back up and Austin hits a big Lou Thesz Press and is about to punch Flair again but he stops. Austin throws Flair into the corner and hits a few chops. Austin gets on the second rope but Flair picks up Austin and slams him down. Chris Benoit then appears making his way down the ramp. In the ring, Austin hits the Stunner on Flair. Austin goes for the pin but the referee is being occupied with Chris Benoit. Eddie Guerrero comes out from the crowd and gets into the ring and low blows Austin. Guerrero climbs the top turnbuckle and hits a big Frog Splash on Austin. Guerrero leaves the arena through the crowd as both Austin and Flair are down as the referee begins to make the count. Both men get up and Flair throws Austin to the outside. Flair gives Austin some chops to the chest on the outside before Austin fights back with chops of his own. Flair charges Austin but Austin ducks and back body drops Flair on the outside. Flair gets up on the ring apron and Austin suplexes him back into the ring. Austin tries some more chops in the corner but Flair counters with a big punch knocking Austin out. Flair then locks on the Figure Four Leg Lock. Austin counters out of the submission and he turns over onto his stomach breaking the hold. Austin gives Flair more chops in the corner but Flair fights back and gets a small package on Austin but Austin kicks out after 2. Flair goes off the ropes and charges at Austin but Austin kicks him in the gut and hits the Stunner! Austin goes for the pin and gets the 1, 2, and 3 for the win.

Winner: Stone Cold Steve Austin

- After the match, Ric Flair gets back up and charges at Austin but Austin stops him with a kick to the gut followed by a Stunner. Steve Austin is now off the bench. RAW goes off the air with Steve Austin celebrating drinking beer...
