- The WWE promo hits followed by highlights from last week on SmackDown when The Undertaker was able to retain his Undisputed Title against Kurt Angle when the match ended in a Draw.

- Vince McMahon then appears. McMahon states that since The Undertaker defended the Undisputed Title against both Jeff Hardy and Kurt Angle in one week, he will be given the night off. McMahon says that since the match on SmackDown ended in such fashion, the Main Event for Vengenace will be changed to Kurt Angle vs. The Rock vs. The Undertaker for the Undisputed Title.

- The RAW promo hits followed by the pyro going off in the First Union Center in Philadelphia, PA starting the show off.

- Booker T comes out and gets on the mic and greets the crowd in Philadelphia. Booker says all he has heard this week is that he better watch his back since the nWo appears to be going after him. Booker says he doesn't care about what the nWo will do to him. Booker then calls out the nWo but Eddie Guerrero's music hits instead. Guerrero gets on the mic and tells Booker that if anyone is a sucker, it is him. Guerrero says he knows the nWo promised to kick his ass tonight but it will be there terms, not his. Guerrero says that after what happened last week against the Dudley's, he will take action tonight against the next person that opens his mouth.

Booker T vs. Eddie Guerrero
Match starts with Booker T taking out Guerrero with a big clothesline followed by a big spinning heel kick. Booker hits some hard chops to the chest on Guerrero followed by a kitchen sink. Booker comes off the ropes but Guerrero counters with a dropkick to the knee. Guerrero backs Booker into the corner and hits a few kicks and punches. Guerrero hits a small package but only gets a two count. Guerrero sends Booker into the ropes. takes him down with shoulder block followed by going for the pin with his legs up against the ropes but Booker kicks out after two. Guerrero backs Booker into the corner, Booker tries to fight back but Guerrero takes him down and works on his knee. Booker goes for a clothesline on Guerrero, Guerrero ducks, Booker then charges at Guerrero and hits a big spinning heel kick. Guerrero gets back on his feet quickly and hits a quick suplex on Booker and goes for the pin but only gets a two count. Guerrero then goes off the ropes, flips and hits a modified neckbreaker. Guerrero goes for the pin but only gets a two count. Guerrero throws Booker into the corner, Booker hits the corner but jumps back and gets Guerrero locked up in a sunset flip allowing Booker to pin Guerrero and get the 1, 2 and 3 for the win.

Winner: Booker T

- After the match, Chris Benoit runs out and attacks Booker T. Guerrero gets in to help Benoit but Goldust runs out and attacks both men from behind. Goldust gets taken down by Benoit until both Bubba Ray and Spike Dudley run out with steel chairs in hand. Bubba Ray Dudley nails the steel chair over Chris Benoit's head as Spike knocks Guerrero to the outside.

- Another Rey Mysterio Jr. promo is shown.

- Backstage, Goldust walks up to Booker T. Goldust grabs Booker and tries to dance with him but Booker stops it. Booker says he fears the nWo might get one of them later tonight. Goldust says he has a plan for later tonight. Goldust walks away but a man looking like X-Pac walks by. Booker T sees this and nails him with a superkick. Booker T walks over and picks him up but realizes it isn't X-Pac but a guy that looks like him who is a food vender for the arena. Booker T goes to run away but steals some food and then leaves.

- Jackie Gayda and Trish Stratus are shown standing by with The Coach. They show highlights from last week on RAW when Trish embarassed Molly Holly by pulling down her pants. Jackie says that might have been funny but she doesn't remember Trish being involved in that match. Jackie claims that Trish is jealous of her looks and talent. Chris Nowinski walks up and says Trish looks dumb in a cowboy hat. Trish proposes they settle this in a inter-gender match tonight. Nowinski asks Trish who she will get as a partner, Roy Rogers? Yosemite Sam? Trish laughs and tells Nowinski that her partner will be Bradshaw. Trish walks away as both Jackie Gayda and Chris Nowinski look worried.

THE PEOPLE'S MOMENT: The Rock confronting Lillian Garcia backstage at a SmackDown a while ago.

- Backstage, Goldust walks up to Bubba Ray Dudley and Spike Dudley dressed up as Ben Franklin. He tells Bubba Ray and Spike to join forces with Booker T and Goldust to take on the nWo. Bubba Ray declines and says there fight is not with the nWo.

Chris Benoit w/ Eddie Guerrero vs. Bubba Ray Dudley w/ Spike
Match starts with Benoit attacking Bubba Ray with many kicks followed by throwing him into the corner with force. Benoit throws Bubba Ray into the ropes and takes him down with a big elbow. Benoit picks up Bubba Ray and hits a quick snap suplex. Benoit throws Bubba Ray in the corner and hits a few hard chops followed by some big kicks. Bubba Ray fights back throwing Benoit into the corner and hitting chops of his own. Bubba Ray throws Benoit into the corner who bounces off allowing Bubba Ray to hit a big back suplex. Bubba Ray hits a quick scoop slam on Benoit, climbs the top rope, Benoit gets on his feet and fights back, Bubba Ray throws Benoit off of him and jumps, Benoit rolls out of the way. Benoit attacks Bubba Ray from behind and hits a big german suplex! Benoit throws Bubba Ray into the ropes and takes him down with a big shoulder block. Benoit goes for the pin but only gets a two count. Benoit throws Bubba Ray into the corner and both men exchange chops to the chest. Bubba Ray charges at Benoit, Benoit goes for a clothesline, Bubba Ray ducks and hits a big german suplex of his own. Bubba Ray throws Benoit into the ropes and hits a big sideslam, Bubba Ray goes for the pin but only gets a two count. Guerrero distracts Bubba Ray from the outside, Bubba Ray turns around and hits the Bubba Bomb on Benoit. Bubba Ray goes for the pin but Guerrero throws Spike into the referee in the ring. Bubba Ray gets on his feet to attack Guerrero but Benoit takes him down from behind and applies the Crippler Crossface! Bubba Ray tries to hold out but the move appears to be too much as Bubba Ray taps out.

Winner: Chris Benoit

- After the match, Guerrero and Benoit take out both Bubba Ray and Spike. Benoit applies the Crippler Crossface again on Bubba Ray until both Booker T and Goldust run down. Booker T and Goldust clear the ring throwing Benoit and Guerrero out.

- A promo is shown with Chris Nowinski walking around the campus of Harvard describing it.

- Highlights are shown from last week on RAW when The Undertaker defeated Jeff Hardy in a Ladder Match to retain the WWE Undisputed Title.

- Jeff Hardy is shown arriving to the arena earlier tonight. Ric Flair walks up and congratulates him on his match with The Undertaker last week. Flair tells Jeff Hardy to be focused in his European Title match tonight. Jeff Hardy thanks Flair and leaves. Steven Richards claps in the background and walks up to Flair. He tells Flair that he gives good speeches but his legendary status has gone down as of late. Flair asks Richards if he would like to bet on that tonight in the ring with him. Richards accepts but hits a cheap shot on Flair and then leaves.

SLAM OF THE WEEK: Chris Nowinski defeating Bradshaw last week with help from a cowbell.

Inter-gender Tag Team Match
Bradshaw & Trish Stratus vs. Chris Nowinski & Jackie Gayda
Match starts with Bradshaw and Chris Nowinski. Bradshaw charges at Chris but Chris runs away and tags in Jackie Gayda. Trish gets the tag and both ladies start out. Trish hits a few punches on Jackie followed by a big clothesline. Trish goes for the pin but Nowinski breaks it up. Trish attempts a bulldog off the ropes but Jackie screws it up which prompts boo's from the crowd. Nowinski gets the tag and he tries to go after Trish but Trish tags in Bradshaw. Bradshaw takes down Nowinski followed by a big fallway slam. Jackie gets the tag as well as Trish. Trish applies a headlock on Jackie as Bradshaw chases Nowinski into the crowd leaving the ladies in the ring. Trish backs Jackie into the corner and hits two big chops. Jackie counters throwing Trish into the corner. Jackie applies a foot choke hold on Trish. Jackie throws Trish up onto the top turnbuckle but Trish throws her off. Trish jumps at Jackie and attempts a bulldog but Jackie no-sells it and falls down. The crowd really booed after seeing this. Even Jim Ross mentioned this was a very sloppy match, with a good majority of the blame on Jackie Gayda. Trish goes for the pin and gets the 1, 2 and 3 for the win.

Winners: Bradshaw & Trish Stratus

- Chris Benoit and Eddie Guerrero are shown backstage mad after what happened to them earlier in the night. The nWo walks up and Benoit asks what they want. X-Pac insults both men saying they haven't been on top of there game tonight. Benoit insults X-Pac but Kevin Nash stops the fighting. Nash tells Benoit and Guerrero to remember that there is strength in numbers. Shawn Michaels tells Benoit and Guerrero to listen up because Kevin Nash has something big to say as all members of the nWo walk away heading towards the arena.

THE PEOPLE'S MOMENT: Highlights from some of The Rock's funniest moments.

nWo Segment - Triple H joining the nWo?
All members of the nWo get in the ring as Shawn Michaels gets on the mic first. Michaels says that people are either with the nWo or against the nWo. Michaels said that at King of the Ring, Triple H was very much with the nWo. They show the highlight from King of the Ring when Triple H greeted the nWo. Michaels says that they extended the offer to Triple H to come home, to come back to where he belongs. Michaels says that 5 years ago, himself, Triple H, Kevin Nash, X-Pac and Scott Hall had some fun. Michaels says that everyone was a family. Michaels says that despite the offer being handed to Triple H, he has yet to respond. Michaels says Triple H use to be on top of this company but now all he does is flex his muscles for the approval of the fans. Michaels says that Triple H has 2 weeks to accept the offer. Michaels says in 2 weeks Triple H will either make the best decision of his life or the last decision of his life. Kevin Nash gets on the mic and says that the last 3 months he had to watch all of his friends wrestle in the ring. Nash says that he has been medically cleared and wants a little physical contact tonight. Nash says a 10-Man Tag Team Match will take place tonight. Nash proposes that he tag with Big Show, X-Pac, Chris Benoit and Eddie Guerrero against Booker T, Goldust, Bubba Ray Dudley, Spike Dudley and another partner of there choosing. Nash then says that if Triple H is watching, and he probably is because it is RAW, he better make the right choice because he will do to Booker T what he will do to him if he makes the wrong choice.

- Ric Flair is shown making his way to the arena.

JVC TOWER OF POWER SLAM OF THE NIGHT: Hulk Hogan and Edge winning the WWE Tag Team Titles against Billy & Chuck on SmackDown.

Ric Flair vs. Steven Richards
Match starts with both men locking up followed by Richards taking down Flair with a shoulder block. Flair backs Richards into the corner and hits some big chops. Flair takes Richards off of his feet with some hard kicks to the gut. Flair hits another big chop followed by throwing Richards into the other corner. Flair then takes Richards and throws him to the outside. Flair hits a few chops and punches on Richards on the outside. Flair charges at Richards but Richards counters with a back body drop. Richards throws Flair into the ropes, Richards jumps and attempts a dropkick but Flair holds onto the ropes. Flair charges at Richards but Richards catches him attempting a suplex but Flair holds it back and hits a back suplex. Flair then applies the Figure Four Leg Lock on Richards and Richards taps out seconds after.

Winner: Ric Flair

THE PEOPLE'S MOMENT: The Rock singing various songs in many cities.

Paul Heyman/Brock Lesnar, Tommy Dreamer, RVD Segment
Paul Heyman gets on the mic and says that he walks with the "Next Big Thing" Brock Lesnar. Heyman says both men have an interest with the Main Event at Vengeance. The reason for that is the winner of that match will walk away the new Undisputed Champion and will have to face Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam. In addition to that news, Heyman informs that Brock Lesnar's match against Rob Van Dam at Vengance has now been changed to an Intercontinental Title Match. Heyman says that he is confident Brock Lesnar will walk away the NEW Intercontinental Champion. Heyman then goes onto claiming he created Rob Van Dam and many other ECW superstars including Tommy Dreamer, Dudley Boyz, Tajiri, Rhyno and others that moved to the WWE. Tommy Dreamer comes out with a kendo stick in hand and interrupts Heyman. He tells Heyman that he didn't make anybody. Dreamer says that everyone who busted there ass in ECW did it because they loved this business. Heyman cuts off Dreamer and tells him to go to the back and eat something weird since he "does that now." Dreamer informs Heyman and the crowd that before he was known as the crazy guy that would eat anything he was the Innovator of Violence! Dreamer then says Brock Lesnar will not intimidate him.

Tommy Dreamer then hits Lesnar's legs with the kendo stick! Dreamer rolls in and continues to nail Lesnar with it until he hits a big shot making Lensar fall to the outside. Dreamer gets two steel chairs from under the ring and sets them up in the middle of the ring. Paul Heyman then runs in and Dreamer looks to give him a powerbomb through the steel chairs but Lesnar breaks it up with a clothesline knocking Dreamer to the outside. Lesnar picks up Dreamer and hits the F-5 on the outside! Heyman taunts Dreamer from the ring until Rob Van Dam gets in and takes down Heyman. Lesnar tries to get into the ring but RVD dropkicks him back to the outside. RVD grabs a steel chair and knocks down Heyman in the corner. RVD gets up on the turnbuckle with the steel chair in hand, jumps and connects with the Van Daminator in the corner on Paul Heyman! Brock Lesnar pulls Heyman out of the ring and carries him to the back as RVD stares on.

WWE European Title
William Regal (c) vs. Jeff Hardy
Match starts with Jeff Hardy hitting hard right punches on Regal followed by a cross body from the top rope. Jeff goes for the pin but only gets a two count. Jeff gets up and hits a moonsault taking down Regal and goes for the pin about two times but once again, Jeff gets a two count on both. Regal fights back throwing Jeff to the outside. Regal throws Jeff into the steel steps and then throws him back into the ring. Regal picks up Jeff and hits a double-hook powerbomb and goes for the pin but Jeff kicks out after two. Jeff rolls to the ring apron, Jeff hits a right hand on Regal, Jeff hits a sunset flip but only gets a two count. Regal picks up Jeff, goes off the ropes and hits a knee to the face. Regal grabs Jeff and chokes him using the bottom rope. Jeff gets on his feet but Regal applies a standing submission. Jeff fights back with some punches but gets taken down with a shoulder block followed by an elbow drop and a pin but Jeff kicks out after two. Jeff charges at Regal and hits a big cross body but Regal kicks out after two. Regal then attempts to take the turnbuckle off the corner but Jeff gets in and dropkicks Regal from behind. Regal is on the ground and Jeff takes the advantage climbing up the top turnbuckle. Jeff jumps and connects with Swantom Bomb! Jeff goes for the pin and gets the 1, 2, and 3 for the win!

THE PEOPLE'S MOMENT: When Mick Foley presented "This Is Your Life" to The Rock

- They plug the Undisputed Title Match between Kurt Angle, The Rock and The Undertaker that will take place at Vengeance.

- Backstage, The Coach confronts William Regal about his loss against Jeff Hardy losing the European Title. Regal begins to cry when Chris Nowinski walks up and helps him to the back.

- Bubba Ray Dudley and Spike Dudley are shown backstage confronting there tag team partner that is out of site of the camera. Bubba Ray asks him to join them tonight in the town they use to wrestle in for ECW in a bingo hall. He said they proved they were ready for the WWE and they can continue to show that tonight. Bubba Ray says he should join them beause he is...Rob Van Dam.

10-Man Tag Team Match
Kevin Nash, Big Show, X-Pac, Chris Benoit & Eddie Guerrero vs. Booker T, Goldust, Bubba Ray Dudley, Spike Dudley & Rob Van Dam
Match starts with Rob Van Dam and X-Pac. Both men lockup followed by X-Pac apply in a headlock. RVD throws X-Pac into the ropes, ducks and hits a big monkey flip on X-Pac. X-Pac charges at RVD, RVD goes to kick X-Pac, X-Pac hold onto his leg and RVD hits a spinning heel kick. Goldust gets the tag and works on X-Pac into the corner until X-Pac fights back and charges at Goldust but Goldust hits a big powerslam. Bubba Ray gets the tag and hits a big scoop slam on X-Pac followed by three big elbow drops. Bubba Ray goes for the pin but only gets a two count. Spike gets the tag, climbs the top rope and hits a sledgehammer. Spike charges at X-Pac and hits a head scissors takedown. Chris Benoit gets the tag and he takes down Spike with a big kitchen sink followed by a big front suplex. Guerrero gets the tag and does a flip into Spike's chest. Guerrero hits some hard rights followed by getting taken down with a big dropkick. RVD gets the tag and Guerrero takes him and nails his head off the corner. RVD throws Guerrero into the other corner, RVD grabs Guerrero with his legs and hits a big monkey flip! Benoit gets the tag and hits a big back suplex on RVD. Big Show gets the tag and hits a big headbutt on RVD. Big Show hits a big chop followed by a vertical suplex! X-Pac gets the tag and drops a few knees to the head on RVD. X-Pac takes down RVD in the corner with a big spinning heel kick. RVD gets right back on his feet and takes down X-Pac with a big kick followed by going to the top but Shawn Michaels inteferes from the outside throwing RVD off the top. Bubba Ray gets the tag and knocks all the members from the other team off the ring apron followed by trying to take Big Show off of his feet. Shawn Michaels holds Bubba Ray's feet from the outside. Rob Van Dam chases Shawn Michaels up the entrance ramp and when Michaels gets into the entranceway, Brock Lesnar appears hitting a big clothesline on RVD followed by the F-5!

Back in the ring, Benoit gets the tag and works on Bubba Ray in the corner. Benoit throws Bubba Ray into the other corner followed by tagging in Eddie Guerrero. Bubba Ray hits a big back body drop on Guerrero until Booker T gets the tag. He takes out X-Pac, Benoit and Guerrero. Booker backs up and Nash reaches in taking him down. Kevin Nash gets the tag. Nash throws Booker into the ropes and hits a huge big boot. Nash goes to hit the big boot on the rest of the members in the corner but he appears to blow out his knee. All members from the other team crowd the ring until everyone gets cleared out until Booker T remains. Shawn Michaels then rolls in and hits the Sweet Chin Music on Booker T! Michaels rolls out and Big Show grabs Booker T and hits the chokeslam! Big Show goes for the pin and gets the 1, 2, and 3 for the win.

Winners: Kevin Nash, Big Show, X-Pac, Chris Benoit & Eddie Guerrero

- After the match, Shawn Michaels got on the mic and warned Triple H to accept the offer or he will be face down like all the rest in the ring right now. RAW goes off the air with all members of the nWo helping Kevin Nash to his feet and leaving the arena...
