- The WWE promo hits followed by the WWE logo and a picture of Eric Bischoff.

- They show highlights of Eric Bischoff naming Shawn Michaels as Triple H's manager. They then show Shawn Michaels walking out followed by Triple H telling him to stay saying he has a plan. They show the reformation of D-Generation X until Triple H hits a pedigree on Shawn Michaels, turning on him.

- The RAW promo hits followed by the pyro going off in the Greensboro Coliseum Complex in Greensboro, North Carolina!

- We get reminded that Rob Van Dam will defend the Intercontinental Title against Chris Benoit and The Rock will be defending the Undisputed Title against Ric Flair.

Eric Bischoff introduces the newest members of RAW
Eric Bischoff gets on the mic and asks if Stephanie will ever learn. Bischoff says that when she stole Brock Lesnar, he told her he would knock her out. Bischoff says tonight she will found out what it is like when Eric Bischoff knocks you out. Bischoff introduces the newest members of the RAW brand...Lance Storm, Christian and Test. Team Canada hits the ring with Test holding up an upside down US flag in the air. Lance Storm gets on the mic and thanks Bischoff for allowing them to speak LIVE. Storm says he has a message for America. Storm says that the upside American Flag represents the upside down american economy and community. Storm brings up Elvis Presley, Marlyin Manroe, Babe Ruth and John Wayne who are the real problem with the american society. Christian gets on the mic and says he agrees with Lance. Christian calls the Americans cold and ignorant. Christian asks why every teenager can list every Britney Spears song rather than the Bill of Rights. Christian asks why teenagers spend their time sucking down Big Mac's and look up porn sites. Storm gets on the mic and says he knows what America is all about, Eric Bischoff. Storm says Bischoff took advantages of this country to make it better. HBK's music hits. HBK says he wants Triple H and to forget about what they are talking about. HBK asks Bischoff if Triple H is even here tonight. HBK says tonight he will exercise his American right to beat Triple H up from pillar to post. Bischoff says that he will let Triple H know what he said when he gets here. Test tells HBK to leave and calls him a hasbeen. HBK says that he knows they are mad because he beat up their little Canadian hero...Bret Hart. HBK tells everyone in the ring to do what Bret Hart had to do and that is learn to deal with it. HBK tells Bischoff he wants Triple H tonight and leaves. Bischoff apologizes to Team Canada for the interruption. Storm gets back on the mic and says they didn't come back to RAW to just be spectators. Storm says they will make an impact tonight and it will be very un-American.

- Backstage, Eric Bischoff is shown talking with Eddie Guerrero. He tells Guerrero to do his best because tonight is his night. An arena security guard comes up and tells Bischoff that a woman in a limo is in the parking lot wanting to talk to him. Bischoff tells the security guard to tell that bitch...Bischoff then says he will go outside and confront her himself instead.

Booker T vs. Eddie Guerrero
Match starts with both men locking up followed by Guerrero throwing Booker T into the corner. Guerrero hits a few hard punches followed by Booker lifting Guerrero into the air and throwing him back down hard. Booker hits a big spinning heel kick followed by going for the cover but Guerrero kicks out after two. Booker goes for another spinning heel kick but Guerrero counters out of it and hits a big back suplex. Guerrero backs Booker into the corner and hits a few hard shoulder blocks. Booker gets back on his feet but Guerrero hits a big elbow to the lower back. Guerrero hits a big snapmare take over followed by locking on a modified verision of the camel clutch. Booker tries to fight out of it but Guerrero hits a few hard punches knocking Booker back down. Guerrero goes for the cover but only gets a two count. Guerrero rolls up Booker's shoulders on the ground but gets another two count. Guerrero nails Booker's head off the corner followed by hitting a few punches and kicks to the lower back. Guerrero attempts to take the padding off the top turnbuckle but doesn't get it all the way off. Booker fights back with some hard punches followed by a back body drop. Booker hits a big charging spinning heel kick followed by going for the cover but Guerrero kicks out after two. Booker hits some hard chops but Guerrero comes back with a nice head scissors take down. Guerrero goes back to the corner and takes the rest of the padding off the top turnbuckle. Guerrero picks up Booker, throws him into the corner, Booker stops himself, Guerrero charges but Booker lifts him into the air and Guerrero connects with the exposed turnbuckle. Guerrero gets on one knee but Booker hits the head scissors! Booker goes for the cover and gets the 1, 2, and 3 for the win.

Winner: Booker T

- Eric Bischoff goes out to the limo in the parking lot. Bischoff opens up the door but Moolah and Mae Young are inside. Bischoff tells them to get out of his arena and shuts the door. Bischoff walks away angry.

- Shawn Michaels is shown looking in the backstage area for Triple H. He goes inside the locker room which has Booker T and Goldust inside. Booker said he saw HBK get his ass pedigreed last week. HBK says what happened between them was business and wasn't personal. HBK walks away. Booker says it sounds like HBK is wanting a fight. Goldust says he can dig that, sucka followed by doing his usual taunt routine.

- Following the entrances of Bubba Ray Dudley & Trish Stratus, Molly Holly gets on the mic and says she knows Trish asked for this re-match. Molly brings up that William Regal is injured so Eric Bischoff has found a suitable replacement...the Big Show.

Intergender Tag Team Match
Bubba Ray Dudley & Trish Stratus vs. Big Show & Molly Holly
Match starts with Molly Holly taking out Trish Stratus from behind. Molly hits a quick snap suplex followed by going for the cover but Trish kicks out after two. Molly hits a big arm drag takedown on Trish but Trish fights back with some hard punches. Molly takes down Trish and she tags in Big Show. Big Show goes for an elbow drop on Trish but Trish moves out of the way and tags in Bubba Ray Dudley. Bubba Ray goes for punches on Big Show but Big Show takes him down with some big punches to the head. Big Show picks up Bubba Ray with his injured arm and holds him over his back. Big Show grabs Bubba Ray again with his injured arm and flips him. Big Show hits a big elbow chop to the back of Bubba Ray followed by Big Show missing a big boot in the corner. Molly gets the tag and Bubba Ray takes her down with an arm drag. Trish gets the tag and hits a big kick on Molly followed by going for the cover but only getting a two count. Molly climbs up the top rope but Trish hits her big standing huricanranna. Trish goes for the cover but only gets a two count on Molly. Molly throws Trish into the corner and Big Show takes her out. Bubba Ray takes out Big Show followed by taking Molly down. Trish climbs up the top rope but Big Show gets in and takes down Bubba Ray. Molly gets on her feet, climbs up the top rope and hits a big superplex from the top rope. Molly goes for the cover but only gets a two count. On the outside, Bubba Ray takes out Big Show with the steel steps. In the ring, Molly climbs up the top rope and goes for the Molly-Go-Round but Trish moves out of the way. Bubba Ray gets in, puts Molly on his shoulders, Trish climbs the top rope and hits a big clothesline! Trish goes for the cover and gets the 1, 2, and 3 for the win.

Winners: Bubba Ray Dudley & Trish Stratus

- After the match, Big Show gives Bubba Ray Dudley the chokeslam while knocking Trish down. Big Show goes to the outside and slides a table into the ring. Big Show sets it up and Trish gets in the ring with a steel chair. Big Show grabs Trish to chokeslam her. Big Show lifts Trish into the air but Bubba Ray breaks it up by nailing a steel chair over the back of Big Show. Bubba Ray pulls out Trish and carries her to the back.

- Shawn Michaels is shown once again looking for Triple H. Big Show confronts him asking if he saw what just happened to him in the ring. HBK says he didn't because he didn't have time. Big Show says he will make sure HBK has time later.

- Ric Flair is shown talking with Jeff Hardy. He says he is very impressed with watching Jeff each week. Eric Bischoff walks up and Flair asks Bischoff why he has to keep risking the health of Jeff each week. Bischoff says he loves Jeff as Jeff walks away. Flair says he learned a lot from Bischoff and that he leaves the biggest moments for the last part of the show and tonight, he will do the same after his match with The Rock. Mae Young walks up trying to kiss Bischoff but Bishoff pushes her away. Moolah tells Bischoff that if he doesn't give her a chance to promote her new book, Mae will keep on kissing him. Bischoff says he will give Moolah the chance the plug her new book tonight. Bischoff then tells Mae Young that her breath smells bad.

WWE Hardcore Title
Bradshaw (c) vs. Jeff Hardy
Match starts with both men locking up followed by Bradshaw backing Jeff in the corner and hitting some hard punches and kicks. Bradshaw hits a big scoop slam on Jeff followed by an elbow drop. Bradshaw goes for the cover but Jeff kicks out after two. Bradshaw picks up Jeff and Jeff counters into a roll-up but Bradshaw kicks out after two. Jeff goes off the ropes and charges at Bradshaw but Bradshaw catches him and gives him a big fallaway slam. Jeff rolls to the outside and Bradshaw follows. Bradshaw throws Jeff into the steel steps with impact. Bradshaw grabs the steel steps and throws it into the ring. Bradshow throws a few weapons into the ring and throws Jeff in. Jeff gets on his feet and nails Bradshaw with a trash can followed by going for the cover but Bradshaw kicks out after two. Jeff hits Bradshaw with the trash can again, goes off the ropes and Bradshaw connects with a big boot. Bradshaw gets up on the steel steps with Jeff and looks to hit a piledriver but Jeff counters and hits a back body drop on Bradshaw. Jeff climbs to the outside and slides in a ladder. Jeff nails the ladder over the back of Bradshaw followed by setting it up close to the corner. Jeff turns around and Bradshaw nails him with the steel steps. Bradshaw throws Jeff into the corner, Jeff climbs up and hits a big corkscrew moonsault! Bradshaw gets on his feet quickly though and nails Jeff with a trash can lid. Bradshaw throws out the referee. Jeff gets on his feet and hits Bradshaw a few times with the trash can lid as well. Jeff climbs up the ladder with the trash can lid as Bradshaw follows. Jeff hits a few shots with the trash can lid allowing Bradshaw to fall off. Jeff climbs up the ladder, jumps and connects with the Senton Bomb! Jeff covers Bradshaw, the referee rolls in and gets the 1, 2, and 3 for the win.

Johnny "The Bull" Stamboli hits the ring and takes out Jeff with a big spinebuster. Stamboli goes for the pin and gets the 1, 2, and 3 for the win.

Tommy Dreamer hits the ring with a singapore cane in hand and nails Johnny Stamboli with it. Tommy goes for the cover and gets the 1, 2, and 3 for the win.

- Tommy Dreamer takes the Hardcore Title and leaves through the crowd. Bradshaw yells at Dreamer from the ring.

- William Regal is shown backstage talking with Team Canada talking about their speech. He brings up his injury and says he should go get a massage. Chris Benoit walks out of his dressing room and Team Canada wishes him luck and hopes he brings home the gold. Benoit says he doesn't need luck tonight.

JVC TOWER OF POWER: Highlights from last week on RAW when Rob Van Dam defeated Jeff Hardy in a Ladder Match to unify the WWE Intercontinental and European Championships.

WWE Intercontinental Title
Rob Van Dam (c) vs. Chris Benoit
Match starts with both men locking up followed by Benoit backing RVD into the corner. RVD gets out of the corner and both men exchange numerous arm locks. RVD misses a spinning heel kick when Benoit ducks and both men circle the ring staring each other down. Both men lockup again and Benoit hits a big snapmare on RVD but RVD gets back on his feet and hits a spinning heel kick taking Benoit down. Benoit hits a big kick to the gut of RVD followed by catching an elbow to the face from RVD in the corner. RVD hits a big cross body from the second rope on Benoit and goes for the cover but Benoit kicks out after two. Benoit gets knocked to the outside from RVD. Benoit gets back on his feet and RVD jumps over the top rope connecting with Benoit on the outside. RVD throws Benoit back into the ring and hits a big leg drop by jumping over the top rope. Benoit fights back with some punches, RVD throws Benoit into the ropes, RVD ducks but Benoit stops himself and hits a baseball slide to the head of RVD. Benoit picks up RVD and hits a big shoulder breaker. Benoit picks up RVD once again and throws him into the corner. RVD attempts to get up while on one knee but Benoit applies a submission to the left arm of RVD. Benoit holds onto the ropes for more leverage and the referee doens't see it for the first time but sees it a second time and breaks up the hold. RVD fights out of the submission but Benoit kicks him in the gut and hits a northern lights suplex into a bridge, 1, 2, RVD kicks out. Benoit picks up RVD and throws him into the corner with impact. Benoit picks up RVD and hits a big back suplex. Benoit goes for the cover but RVD kicks out after two. Benoit throws RVD into the corner, Benoit charges, RVD hits a boot followed by rolling up Benoit in a pin but Benoit kicks out after two. Benoit takes down RVD with a modifed russian leg sweep and goes for the cover but RVD barely kicks out after two. Benoit throws RVD into the ropes, RVD flips over the back of Benoit, Benoit goes for a kick to the gut but RVD holds his leg and hits a big spinning heel kick. Both men get back on their feet, Benoit hits a kick to the gut, RVD fights back with some forearms. Benoit hits his own pair of forearms, RVD jumps up the second rope and hits a big kick to the face. RVD goes off the ropes and hits the rolling thunder. RVD goes for the cover, Benoit kicks out after two. Benoit almost takes down RVD into the Crippler Crossface but RVD hits a spinning heel kick. RVD climbs up the top rope, jumps but Benoit rolls out of the way and RVD misses the Five Star Frog Splash. RVD picks up Benoit but Benoit quickly takes down RVD and applies the Crippler Crossface! RVD starts to slide reaching for the ropes. RVD gives up using his arm to break the hold and uses his foot instead. Benoit lets off the Crippler Crossface and hits a few hard kicks to the back of RVD. Benoit pulls RVD to the center of the ring, RVD hits some hard kicks, RVD rolls up Benoit, Benoit kicks out after two, Benoit takes down RVD again and applies the Crippler Crossface! RVD somehow fights out of it and rolls to the other side of the ring but Benoit grabs him in the process, rolls him up and uses the ropes for leverage; 1, 2, 3!

- Shawn Michaels tells a security guard to let him know when Triple H arrives at the arena.

- Eric Bischoff is shown introducing Moolah and her new book. Moolah and Mae Young come out and enter the ring. Bischoff tells Moolah that it is her time now to talk about anything she wants but she has 3 minutes. Moolah starts to talk but Bischoff cuts her off and tells her that she has 2 minutes. Moolah talks about Cyndi Lauper but Bischoff cuts her off again. Mae Young tries to get on the mic to talk about Hank Williams but Bischoff stops it and says they just aren't entertaining him. Bischoff asks Moolah if the book is done and she says yes. Bischoff says that is good because she is about to experience the last chapter. The Island Boyz hit the ring and attack Moolah and Mae Young. They take out Moolah in the corner followed by hitting a scoop slam on Mae Young and a big splash from the top rope. Eric Bischoff laughs at what just went down and introduces The Island Boyz to the fans in attendance.

- We come back from commercial and paramedics are shown taking Moolah and Mae Young out of the ring. Eric Bischoff gets on the mic in the ring and says he knew they would make a "big splash" tonight. Bischoff says he knows it was mean but he wanted to make a point to show who is in charge around here. The Undertaker's music hits. Undertaker makes his way down the entrance ramp and gets into the ring. Undertaker gets on the mic and asks Bischoff is he just heard him say that because he is Eric Bischoff, things happen at the snap of his fingers. Undertaker challenges Bischoff to snap his fingers right now. Christopher Nowinski's music hits and he gets on the mic. He tells Bischoff to not take what The Undertaker is doing and saying to him. Nowinski demands Undertaker apologize to both himself and Bischoff tonight. Bischoff gets on the mic and makes a match between Nowinski and Undertaker. Nowinski then gets mad and switches gears saying Undertaker doesn't have to fight him just because he said so. Undertaker says Nowinski is right, he doesn't have to fight him, but he will anyways.

The Undertaker vs. Christopher Nowinski
Match starts with Undertaker taking down Nowinski with a big punch followed by charging at Nowinski in the corner but catching an elbow. Undertaker goes for the chokeslam but Nowinski fights out of it. Undertaker gets back on his feet and Nowinski takes him down with a big drop kick. Nowinski goes for the cover but Undertaker kicks out after two. Undertaker gets back on his feet and takes down Nowinski with a big boot. Undertaker twists the arm of Nowinski and hits his "old school" elbow drop from the top rope. Undertaker picks up Nowinski, kicks him in the gut, lifts him into the air and connects with the Last Ride. Undertaker goes for the cover and gets the 1, 2, and 3 for the win.

Winner: The Undertaker

- After the match, Team Canada hits the ring. They attack The Undertaker in the corner. Test hits a few elbows in the corner but Undertaker fights back taking out Test. The rest of Team Canada help Test take out Undertaker. They hold up Undertaker and Test hits a huge big boot. Test taunts Undertaker followed by holding him up. Both Lance Storm and Christian hit two big con-chair-to's on Undertaker knocking him out. Test gets on the mic and tells the fans that here lies their American Badass. Test waves the upside down American Flag above The Undertaker.

- Backstage, Team Canada is shown talking about how they just took out The Undertaker. Lance Storm mentions they still have one more piece of business to take care of.

- The Rock is shown backstage with The Coach with the Undisputed Title over his shoulder. Coach brings up Team Canada making an impact tonight and he asks if Rock can do the same against Ric Flair tonight. The Rock cuts off The Coach...FINALLY The Rock has come back to Greensboro. The Rock brings up it is good being interviewed by someone normal for once. The Rock brings up The Coach spending the night with cow's but Coach cuts him off asking what he means. The Rock says he knows what he means, LIVE TV, lets move on. The Coach cuts off The Rock again and still doesn't know what he is talking about. The Rock brings up how The Coach is from Kansas and how he gets drunk and plays with animals. The Rock says The Coach also likes to incorporate his microphone with his cow Bessy. The Rock impersonates The Coach sticking his microphone up a cow. The Coach brings it up that it was just one night and that was it. The Rock says he was kidding and he calls The Coach a sick freak. The Rock says he sees a cow, The Coach looks and The Rock pushes him out of the way. The Rock brings up how Brock Lesnar is trying to play mind games with him how he threw down his title last week on RAW. The Rock simply tells Brock Lesnar to bring it at SummerSlam. The Rock brings up his match with "The Nature Boy" Ric Flair tonight. The Rock says he would have never thought he would be in the ring this year with both Hulk Hogan and now Ric Flair. The Rock describes the match tonight by simply going...WOOOOOOOOOO. The Rock says the match tonight will be a classic...if ya smell what The Rock...The Rock walks around struting like Ric Flair and comes back to the camera...is cookin'!

Triple H, Shawn Michaels Segment
Triple H's music hits. Triple H walks down the entrance ramp fast, rolls into the ring and gets on the mic. Triple H says he knows HBK is in the parking lot waiting. Triple H says he doesn't solve problems in parking lots, he does it in the ring. Triple H says he solved the problem last week by pedigreeing his ass in the ring. Triple H explains why he did what he did last week. Triple H says it was his idea for him to be his manager but that was asking a little too much. Triple H says HBK couldn't lower himself and give up the spotlight for him. Triple H says it is time to face facts and the fact is The Game has past you by. Triple H says he is now the showstopper, he is now the icon. Triple H says HBK's career in this ring is over. Triple H says HBK's back is busted up and his mind his more handicapped than his body. Triple H asks HBK if he really thinks he could be in the ring with him and be his equal. Triple H says last Monday night was a reality check for him and his career is now over. Triple H says all HBK has left is his pride and all is pride can do is get him hurt. Triple H says he is going no where. Triple H says HBK has two choices, he can listen to his pride and come down to the ring OR he can put his pride aside and accept the fact that his career is over and stand by his side. A WWE official walks up from outside of the ring and tells Triple H something and Triple H leaves the ring right away. Triple H is shown backstage walking out to the parking lot. A group of people are shown standing around Shawn Michaels who is on the ground with his face all bloody. They show a car that is parked nearby with a big hole in the drivers window with blood on it. Triple H tells people to go get help.

- We come back from commercial and paramedics are shown taking Shawn Michaels away on a stretcher and loading him into an ambulance. Eric Bischoff walks up looking on and tells Triple H that they must not be friends anymore after seeing this. Triple H tells Bischoff he didn't do this and says f*ck you.

Non-Title Match
The Rock vs. Ric Flair
Match starts with both men locking up followed by Flair getting a headlock applied. Flair goes off the ropes, hits a shoulder block, but Rock takes him down with a big arm drag. Rock sends Flair into the ropes and hits a big back body drop. Flair gets up in the corner staring down Rock. Both men lock up again but The Rock hits a big shoulder block followed by Flair hitting three big arm drags. The Rock falls to the outside attempting to regroup as Flair did previously in the corner. The Rock gets up on the ring apron and enters the ring. Rock eventually backs Flair into the corner and hits a big punch getting a booing reaction from the crowd. Rock hits a few chops followed by struting like Flair. Flair comes back with some chops of his own followed by a big one off the ropes. Flair clothesline Rock to the outside over the top rope. Flair gives Rock some hard chops to the chest on the outside. Flair rolls Rock back into the ring and Flair hits a big heel drop. Flair goes to apply the Figure Four Leg Lock but The Rock fights out of it. The fans respond with many boo's as The Rock looks on. The Rock hits a few punches to Flair in the corner as Flair walks towards Rock dazed. The Rock picks up Flair and connects with the spinebuster. The Rock goes for The People's Elbow but Flair trips him up and goes to apply the Figure Four Leg Lock. The Rock breaks that up and locks on the Sharpshooter. Flair refuses to tap out and reaches the ropes. Rock grabs Flair by the legs and pulls him off the ropes. Flair gets back on his feet and hits a big chop on The Rock followed by applying the Figure Four Leg Lock! The Rock refuses to tap out and reaches the ropes. Flair picks up Rock and hits a few chops but Rock fights back with some punches. Flair responds with punches of his own followed by a big right taking Rock down. Flair struts around the ring but Rock flips up. Flair charges at Rock, Rock catches him and hits the Rock Bottom. The Rock goes for the cover and gets the 1, 2, and 3 for the win.

Winner: The Rock

- After the match, The Rock grabs the Undisputed Title and throws it over his shoulder. The Rock goes to leave but doesn't. Rock walks over to Flair and both men shake hands. The Rock goes to leave again but Flair holds him back and holds up the arm of The Rock. The Rock walks up the entrance ramp and holds up the Undisputed Title high in the air.

- Ric Flair gets on the mic and says thank you to the fans who are cheering him. Flair says he has a very important announcement to make tonight. Flair gets cut off when Chris Jericho's music and pyro hits. The camera focuses on the entrance way but Jericho is no where to be found. Ric Flair turns around in the ring and Chris Jericho nails him with a steel chair. Jericho gets on the mic and says the only announcement that matters tonight is that RAW IS JERICHO. RAW goes off the air with Jericho raising his hands in the air...
