In-Ring Segment: Eric Bischoff, Christian & Chris Jericho
(Thanks to Ryan Allen for typing up the following paragraph) Eric Bischoff is in the middle of the ring surrounded by the Steel Cage and announces HHH will rid RAW of Eugene tonight. Crowd boos. He said all the fans around the world, his peeps, will be rioting in the streets if he doesn't take the Intercontinetal Championship and hand it over to Captain Charisma himself, Christian. Y2J's music hits and the pyro goes off. Jericho gets on the mic and tells Bischoff that if he is going to decide a new IC Champion, he needs to do the right thing and issue a match between himself and Christian tonight. Jericho said he had a feeling he was going to say that. He said the match needs a special stipulation and that the fans tonight should decide which type of match it should be. Bischoff proposes that Jericho and Christian battle in a Steel Cage. Christian said that won't work for him because the last time he was in a Steel Cage with Jericho, he got a back injury and was out for four months. He said he has a better idea and asks the fans about having a No Count Out Match. The fans boo. Christian said they aren't booing, they are saying boo-yah. He said the fans love the idea. Jericho said that actually means he is a jackass. He said only one match could fit the bill - a Ladder Match. Bischoff accepts the idea and confirms the match for this Sunday at Unforgiven. Jericho then knocks out Christian and locks on the Walls of Jericho. Tyson Tomko runs out and pulls Christian out of the ring. Jericho gets up on the top rope with the IC Title, taunting at Christian and Tomko.
