Here is a quick rundown of all that was shown on the special Best of 2004 episode of RAW last night on Spike TV:
- Highlights from Chris Jericho vs. Christian at WrestleMania XX was shown. Christian picks up the win after Trish Stratus accidentally knocks out Chris Jericho. After the match, Trish turns on Jericho and joins Christian.
- Highlights from Eugene's debut on RAW from this past year was shown, including his training with William Regal, skits with The Rock, licking Jerry Lawler's face, shaving Eric Bischoff's head and winning one half of the World Tag Team Titles with Regal.
- Highlights from Shelton Benjamin vs. Triple H from the March 29th, 2004 edition of RAW was shown. Benjamin picks up the win after a splash in the corner and a roll up to shock both Triple H and Ric Flair.
- Highlights from the wedding between Kane & Lita from the August 23rd, 2004 edition of RAW was shown. Matt Hardy tries to interfere, but Kane chokeslams him off the ramp.
- Highlights from Kane vs. Gene Snitsky at Taboo Tuesday from Taboo Tuesday was shown. Snitsky gets the win after he braces a steel chair over the throat of Kane, jumps on it and then gets the pinfall. After the match as Kane is taken away on a stretcher, Snitsky throws him off.
- Highlights from RAW last week with Lita confronting Gene Snitsky is shown. They show Kane's "wall of fire" blocking Snitsky from chasing Lita down.
- Highlights from Triple H vs. Shawn Michaels vs. Chris Benoit at WrestleMania XX was shown. Benoit gets the win after he forces Triple H to tap out to the Crippler Crossface to become the new World Heavyweight Champion.
- Highlights from This is Your Life hosted by The Rock for Mick Foley on the March 8th, 2004 edition of RAW was shown.
- Highlights from Trish Stratus vs. Lita on the December 6th, 2004 edition of RAW was shown. Lita picks up the win after a moonsault off the top rope to become the new WWE Women's Champion.
- And finally, highlights from Chris Benoit, Chris Jericho, Randy Orton & Maven vs. Triple H, Batista, Edge & Gene Snitsky at Survivor Series was shown. Randy Orton wins the match for his team in the end after countering a Pedigree into an RKO for the win.
