Chris Candido Memorial Tag Team Tournament - Second Round
Alex Shelley & Sean Waltman vs. Konnan & Lance Hoyt

Konnan and Shelley start off. Konnan quickly takes Shelley down and puts him in a rocking horse cradle submission. He follows that with a front facelock. Shelley comes back with a kick to the gut, but he quickly receives a kick and clothesline from Konnan. Waltman comes in and nails Konnan with a spin kick. Shelley works over Konnan with some stomps. Waltman is tagged in, and he quickly nails a kick and a chop. Waltman with another spin kick and a near fall. Waltman with a leg drop. Shelley is tagged back in. He nails a kick to the gut. Shelley with a couple forearm shots. Each men duck a clothesline attempt and then nails a double clothesline, with both men falling to the mat. They each make a tag. Hoyt takes down Waltman with a couple clotheslines. Hoyt sends Waltman high into the air with a back body drop. Waltman ducks a clothesline and nails a spin kick. Waltman positions Hoyt, and comes in for a bronco buster, but Hoyt nails a big boot. Kip James comes out and distracts the ref so he can't make the pin count. Waltman then low blows Hoyt and nails the X-Factor. The ref turns back around and counts the pinfall.

Winners: Sean Waltman & Alex Shelley

-Backstage, Jeff Jarrett approaches BG James and Ron Killings with Shane Douglas there with a microphone. Jarrett tells them the list of people that will be fired is getting longer and longer. He says TNA management is a bunch of cons and they have it out for them, teaming Konnan with Lance Hoyt. Jarrett says the foundation of TNA must stick together or they won't make it to Spike. Konnan has entered the picture and is mad, thinking his teammates are actually listening to Jarrett.

TNA X Division Champion Christopher Daniels vs. Shark Boy
Shark Boy starts off with a standing headlock, and a go behind arm bar. Daniels pushes him off to the mat. They exchange position a couple times before Shark Boy gets on an arm bar. Daniels eventually sends Shark Boy down to the mat and locks on his own arm bar. Shark Boy rakes at the eyes to break the hold. Shark Boy scratches the back of Daniels and then takes him down with a drop toe hold. Shark Boy locks on a headlock on the mat. Daniels breaks the hold. Daniels charges at Shark Boy, but Shark Boy sends him over the ropes to the outside. Shark Boy nails a slingshot cross body, over the top rope, on to Daniels on the outside. Shark Boy works over Daniels on the outside with some chops before they enter the ring again. Daniels takes control again. Daniels with some stomps. Daniels with a running back elbow. Daniels pulls on the arm of Shark Boy. Daniels with a scoop slam in the middle of the ring followed by a knee drop. Near fall. Daniels with a hip toss. Daniels with a enziguiri. Shark Boy with a kick to the stomach followed by a face buster and a couple clotheslines. Shark Boy with a drop kick. Shark Boy mounts Daniels in the counter and nails 6 punches before Daniels throws him off. Shark Boy with a hangman's noose neckbreaker. Near fall. Shark Boy comes off the top with a drop kick, but Daniels just moves out of the way. Daniels drives Shark Boy down to the canvas. Daniels with an impressive springboard moonsault. Near fall. Daniels goes to execute the Angel's Wings, but Styles comes down the ramp and distracts Daniels. He and Daniels yell at each other. Daniels turns around, and Shark Boy quickly rolls up Daniels and gets the 3 count as Styles laughs.

Winner: Shark Boy

Chris Candido Memorial Tag Team Tournament - Second Round
Chris Sabin & Shocker vs. Ron Killings & Sonjay Dutt

Shocker and Dutt start off. Shocker starts off taking Dutt down, but Dutt gets in a quick head scissors. Dutt with a chop. They exchange position a lot before reaching a stand-still. Dutt nails a deep arm drag. Dutt with a flying headscissors. They both reach a stand-still again, facing off. Killings and Sabin get tagged in. Sabin with a standing headlock. Killings pushes him off but receives a shoulder block. Killings comes off the ropes but runs into a huricanrana. Sabin comes off the ropes and receives a powerslam from Killings. Dutt is tagged in. He comes in off the top rope with an axe handle smash. Dutt with a twisting elbow drop. Near fall. Dutt throws Sabin into the corner head first. Dutt then throws him across the ring and runs in with a kick. Dutt with a series of kicks. He then comes off the top rope and misses a twisting moonsault maneuver. They exchange position with nobody getting an advantage. Sabin comes back with an enziguiri. Shocker comes in. Shocker nails a face buster.

--COMMERCIAL BREAK--

Shocker with an ankle lock on Dutt in the middle of the ring. Dutt makes the ropes to break the hold. Shocker tags in Sabin. Sabin with a punch and kick, as well as a running drop kick to the leg that was wrapped around the ring rope. Near fall. Sabin works over the leg with some stomps. Sabin with a half crab. Dutt quickly reverses it for a pin attempt before Sabin takes over the advantage again. He continues to work over the leg. Sabin tags in Shocker, who slingshots into the ring with an elbow drop. Shocker with a powerbomb. He goes for a second one, and Dutt reverses it into a DDT like manuever. Killings is tagged in. Killings with a modified STO on Sabin. Shocker makes the save on the pinfall attempt from Killings. Sabin puts Killings in a fireman's carry position, and as he spins Killings around, Killings legs inadvertantly take out Shocker. Shocker throws Killings into the ringpost and then argues with Sabin. Dutt comes in with a cross body with both men as they were aruging. Sabin and Shocker with a pancake face plant on Dutt. Sabin quickly rolls up Dutt and gets the pinfall. Sabin and Shocker look to argue in the ring for a minute after the match before shaking hands.

Winners: Chris Sabin & Shocker

Monty Brown vs. Sonny Siaki w/ Apolo
Siaki with some punches and chops to start the match. Brown comes back with a big clothesline. Brown with a drop kick. Brown with some hard right hands. Brown with a chop. Siaki comes back with a high leg lariat. Siaki with a neckbreaker. Kip James runs out and takes out Apolo. Siaki comes with a suicide dive to the outside on James. Siaki works over James, and Brown comes in and nails the Pounce on Siaki on the outside. Brown gets out a steel chair from under the ring. The referee calls for the bell.

Winner: Sonny Siaki via DQ

Match Rating: *1/4

-Brown puts a chair across the windpipe of Siaki, and then throws the chair into the ground, positing it into Siaki's neck. Apolo and Brown then fight in the ring. Apolo gains a quick advantage before James comes in the ring with the chair and takes out Apolo with a chair shot. Lance Hoyt then runs out with a chair. James and Brown bail out. Brown kicks Siaki, still clutching his throat on the floor on the outside, on the way out.

-A well put together video package promoting Abyss/Sabu and Raven/Rhino at Unbreakable airs.

NWA World Tag Champion Chase Stevens w/ NWA World Tag Champion Andy Douglas & Jimmy Hart vs. James Storm w/ Chris Harris
They start off exchanging right hands standing up and on the mat. Stevens with a big uppercut. Storm comes back with right hands. Stevens throws Storm to the outside, but he hangs on to the top rope. When Stevens comes charging in, Storm takes him out to the floor below. Storm with a facebuster on Stevens on the outside floor. Storm comes in with a Stinger Splash attempt, but Stevens moves and Storm crashes into the safety rail. Stevens snap suplexes Storm on the entrance ramp.

--COMMERCIAL BREAK--

Back in the ring now. Storm with the advantage. Storm is nailing some right hands in the corner. Storm sets up Stevens upside down in the turnbuckle, followed by a dropkick into the face. He comes for another, a running drop kick this time, but Stevens moves. Stevens comes off the top rope with a moonsault that barely connects. Near fall. Stevens comes charging into the corner witha clothesline, but Storm moves. Stevens with a kick and a sunset flip for a near fall. Storm with a kick to the head. Near fall. Storm with a couple big chops to Stevens in the corner. Stevens fights back and eventually grabs the arm of Storm, while Storm was up on the top turnbuckle, and whips him down to the mat. Near fall. Storm with a jawbreaker out of nowhere. Near fall. Stevens with a couple right hands fighting back. Stevens with a fireman's carry into a slam. Near fall. Storm reverses a move into a back drop. Near fall. Stevens ducks a clothesline and nails a drop kick. Both men exchange right hands. Storm gains advantage with a series of headbutts. Stevens ducks a clothesline and nails a flying crossbody block. They collided their heads, and Tenay notes how Steven's head has been worked over the whole match and he's gotta be out of it. Douglas and Harris have some words on the outside. Both men nail a superkick, both connecting at precisely the same time. Harris jumps up to the ring and points across the ring at Andy Douglas to the ref. When the ref looks, Harris rolls Storm on top of Stevens. The ref turns around and makes the 3 count.

Winner: James Storm

-After the match, Jimmy Hart screams at the referee. Harris helps hold up an out of it James Storm as Douglas consoles his dazed partner in the ring.
