Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com is reporting that Whitmer underwent a series of tests and the results came back negative for any fractures in his neck.
Members of the ROH roster have also visited Whitmer in the hospital, including Kevin Steen, who posted the following about Whitmer:

Still in a neck brace, waiting to see what the next step is but he's in a good place. I think the word "tough" has a new spelling: #Whitmer— Kevin Steen (@FightSteenFight) August 4, 2013
On the behalf of the staff at Wrestleview.com, our continued thoughts and positive vibes are with Whitmer.
