On Friday and Saturday nights, May 23rd and 24th, Absolute Intense
Wrestling (AIW) will return to the historic Turners Hall (7325 Guthrie
Ave, 44102) in Cleveland, OH to present the JT Lightning Invitational
Tournament. Bell time will be 7:30pm Friday night with a special AIW
Fanfest at 3:00pm which will be followed by a 6:00pm bell time on Saturday
night.
For the FIRST TIME EVER, former TNA Impact Wrestling Heavyweight Champion
Chris Sabin comes to Absolute Intense Wrestling to battle the King of
Cleveland Johnny Gargano in a special non-tournament match on Saturday
night, May 24th. Gargano has a stacked resume of classic matches at AIW
and his battle with Chris Sabin will look to top them all!
The JT Lightning Invitational Tournament was created in 2012 to honor the
memory of the late, great JT Lightning who launched the careers of many
Cleveland based professional wrestlers. Already entered for the two-night
tournament are former WCW Superstar Buff Bagwell, AIW Absolute Champion
Michael Elgin, Matt Cross, Veda Scott, Eddie Kingston, Tim Donst, Josh
Prohibition, and many more!
