We start with a promo from Adam Cole. Cole says that tonight on ROH TV, he faces Cedric Alexander. Now Cedric, promise and potential have been used to describe you, but let me tell you that promise and potential does not stand a chance against a former Ring of Honor World Champion. That Ring of Honor World Title, I swear to God, will be mine again. And Cedric, you find out the hard way what its like to face the best damn pro wrestler on the planet, I can promise you that.

We see the usual intro, then go to the opening match.

The Romantic Touch vs. “The War Beard” Hanson

Code of Honor before the bell, but Touch kisses Hanson’s hand and Hanson goes after him as the bell sounds. Hanson takes down Touch, then drapes him across the top rope and hits a series of chest clubs. Bronco Buster in the corner by Hanson, Touch rolls out onto the apron. Hanson with a cartwheel to sidestep a backdrop attempt, but Touch with a dropkick for a nearfall. Touch with a boot and a hip swivel, followed by a kneedrop for a nearfall. Commentary brings up Hanson’s career-threatening back injury several years ago and why its the reason for his long beard. Touch goes for the Snuggle Monkey Flip in the corner, but Hanson cartwheels out of it and hits a big clothesline.

Spin Kick of Doom by Hanson for the win.

Winner: “The War Beard” Hanson by pinfall (Spin Kick of Doom)

Hanson celebrates his win afterward.

We go to a promo from the Decade. Jimmy Jacobs says that next week on ROH TV, but Roderick Strong cuts him off and says that next week, we become ROH Tag Team Champions. You’ve been a Tag Champion before, I’ve been a Tag Champion before. But, that was in a different era. Its our time to become champions.

Jacobs says its time to show these kids that we’re not resting on our lorals anymore and we are what has made this company turn for the past 10 years. Whitmer has heard enough in the background and he & Page walk off as we go to commercial.

Commercial

Back from commercial, we go to a promo from ROH World Champion Jay Briscoe. Jay says well I’ll be damned, you know, last week I was watching the Honor Rumble and I was thinking to myself that there is two people that I really hope win this thing. 1, Adam Cole and the other, Michael Bennett. And low and behold, Michael Bennett wins the Honor Rumble. So next week, boy, you get a shot at this. Don’t think I forgot, Michael Bennett, you still got a piece of my property. I’m coming for yo ass next week, boy.

The music of Michael Bennett hits as he & Maria Kanellis make their way to the ring, with Adam Cole coming out behind them, but not with a happy look on his face. Bennett has a mic and says that ladies and gentlemen, the winner of the Honor Rumble, Michael Bennett! And not only am I the winner of the Honor Rumble, but I am the holder of the prestigious Title of Love. Now listen, every Kingdom, it needs a crown, even you idiots can figure that out. After I beat Jay Briscoe, we will have 2 crowns, we will have the Title of Love and I will be the Ring of Honor World Champion.

Cole grabs the mic from Bennett and says that as happy as I am for you, you know as well as I do that this was not part of the plan.

Bennett asks about what plan? The plan was to just get the World Title into the Kingdom.

Cole says that we all know that it was indeed the plan, but every Kingdom, it has its King and well, you’re looking at the King.

Maria backs up Cole, whispers something in his ear and then Cole says that he knows that Bennett will do the right thing. I know that you are gonna give Jay Briscoe the beating of his life and you’re gonna do it for the Kingdom. Cole & Bennett shake hands and then Maria raises up both of their hands. The Kingdom leaves the ring as we go to commercial.

Commercial

Back from commercial, the music of the Decade hits as they make their way to the ring. Jacobs grabs a mic and says welcome to the house that the Decade built. But, we’re not just concerned about the past, the last decade of ROH, we’re concerned about the next decade of ROH. That’s why we’ve taken TD Thomas and Adam Page under our wings and tonight, we’re giving them an opportunity because we’re givers. We’re not disgruntled, we’re not bitter, old veterans, we’re guys that are trying to help out a younger generation. So tonight, TD, Adam, you guys have a chance to prove yourselves, you guys have an opportunity in a match against each other and I want to see something from inside here, from inside here and we’re gonna make this a No DQ match because I wanna see some excitement, I wanna see some action. Gentlemen, take this opportunity, seize it.

No Disqualification: TD Thomas vs. Adam Page (Decade at ringside)

TD goes to adhere to the Code of Honor, but Page refuses. Jacobs goes under the ring and throws in a chair, a trash can and a trash can lid. Both men slug it out, then TD avoids the flipping clothesline and hits a Capoiera Kick. Page rolls to the outside, but TD wipes him out with a tope con hijo! TD sends Page into the barricade, then nails him with a running chest kick. Jacobs is happy about what he is seeing. Page sends TD into the barricade, then throws a chair at him. TD kicks a chair back in Page’s face, but Page traps up TD’s leg in the ropes. Page grabs a chair and nails TD’s leg with it! Page then kneebreakers TD into the ringpost! Back in, Page opens up 2 chairs and places them against each other. TD blocks a suplex, roll-up for a nearfall. GERMAN BY TD THROUGH THE 2 CHAIRS!! Jacobs does a victory lap around the ring, then gives Whitmer a high-five. The Decade is obviously caring more about amusing themselves than TD & Page. Chairshot to the back of Page by TD. Jacobs wants TD to hit him one more time. Another chairshot by TD as he is realizing what the true motive of the Decade is. Jacobs yells at TD to finish Page, then the entire Decade yells at TD to finish off Page. Page then gets to his knees and says to TD that since Whitmer said to hit me, you hit me! TD then nails Jacobs in the face with the chair and knocks Jacobs off the apron! TD leaves the ring and goes to the back while the Decade is fuming in the ring about what has just happened. Caprice Coleman leaves commentary and goes to the back with TD.

Referee counts TD out, giving Page the win.
