The following took place on Tuesday in Orlando, FL.

TNA Impact Tapings for February 5:

Xplosion: TNA World Tag Team Champion Robert Roode defeated Consequences Creed.

– The show opened with the Main Event Mafia coming out. Kevin Nash said Samoa Joe has been cast in a new role…his bitch. Kurt Angle talks about how he thought he knew Sting, but perhaps not. He guarantees the TNA World Title will stay with the Main Event Mafia and said he would see Sting later tonight.

– Eric Young & Jay Lethal defeated The Motor City Machineguns. Young replaced Consequences Creed who was attacked backstage by Beer Money. Young pinned Shelley. After the match, Shelley challenged Young to an X Division Title match at Against All Odds.

– Shane Sewell defeated Sheik Abdul Bashir via DQ. They did a referee bump. Another referee ran out and it was Booker T who jumped Sewell. They brawled until security broke it up.

– The Beautiful People defeated Roxxi & Taylor Wilde. They gave Roxxi and Wilde the paper bag treatment and the fake Sarah Palin (Daffney) ran down to make the save.

– Brutus Magnus defeated Shark Boy. After the match, Magnus issued an open challenge for Against All Odds.

– Matt Morgan vs. Rhino went to a no contest. Morgan was about to take out Rhino on a chair when Abyss hit the ring. Morgan bailed and Abyss pulled out some weapons. Abyss got on the mic and thanked Morgan for bringing the old Abyss back and he would see this at the PPV.

– Team 3D defeated TNA World Champion Sting & Kurt Angle via DQ when the Main Event Mafia interfered. Angle refused to tag in Sting during the match and flipped him off. The Mafia had to separate Angle and Sting as 3D mocked them.

Xplosion: Satanico del Exotico defeated Petey Williams.
