The lawsuit brought against TNA by former star Konnan is expected to end up back in court in early February reports PWInsider. Both parties are currently in the discovery phase, although a hearing before the presiding Judge has been pushed back that was scheduled for next week. Konnan’s side has requested email addresses of TNA staff and talent. TNA does not want to provide the information feeling it goes beyond the scope of discovery.
