Hulk Hogan filed a lawsuit today against Wells Fargo Insurance Services, reports the Tampa Tribune. The newspaper reports that the suit relates to the 2007 car wreck involving Hogan’s son Nick Bollea and John Graziano. Hogan claims that his former insurance company failed to upgrade his insurance when his exposure to risk grew, so had to use his own money to settle an out-of-court lawsuit filed by the estate of Graziano, who was left severely disabled as a result of the car wreck.
