Hogan says TNA, Carter open to Flair at the Hall of Fame

Sports Vibe is featuring an interview with Hulk Hogan where he talks about TNA and Dixie Carter being open to Ric Flair being involved in the induction of The Four Horsemen into the WWE Hall of Fame.

“I think it’s great, everybody is being very open and Dixie Carter is open and the lines of communication are open. It’s great that the two companies can agree on this and have a common bond because Ric Flair has been a staple in this industry, and as they are going to induct the Four Horsemen in the Hall of Fame it’s only right Ric Flair is there. It’s like WWE saying Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair were never here just because we’re now with TNA. It doesn’t make sense because people know we were there and helped build that company. I think with the lines of communication opening it’s good business for everybody.”

To correct on earlier reports regarding Triple H calling Flair to inform him that WWE planned to announce on Raw that The Four Horsemen would be inducted into the Hall of Fame this year, The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that Flair didn’t actually view it on TV backstage at the Impact tapings. The Impact tapings had actually already concluded and Flair viewed the announcement with others in TNA at a bar. John Laurinaitis had texted Flair when the segment would be shown as Flair and the TNA crew were watching the Alabama vs. LSU game.
