TNA files complaint in court against Scott Steiner

Nashvillecitypaper.com is reporting that TNA Wrestling filed a verified complaint Monday in Chancery Court asking former employee Scott Steiner to stop making “disparaging remarks” online via Twitter. Steiner has been highly documented about going against TNA, Hulk Hogan, Eric Bischoff and others on Twitter. TNA claims Steiner is violating a contact he signed in December 2010 that prevents him from making “public statements, including tweeting, concerning TNA or any of its officers, wrestlers, or other individuals without prior approval.” TNA claims this as breach of contract. It was revealed that Steiner was paid $2,500 per Pay Per View appearance during his time with TNA.’
