Scott Steiner files 2nd lawsuit against TNA

According to NashvilleCityPaper.com, former TNA performer Scott Steiner has filed a 2nd lawsuit against TNA for “allowing Jeff Hardy to wrestle under the influence of alcohol or possibly drugs”.

In the lawsuit, Steiner claims that he suffered nerve damage in his shoulder, neck & a bicep injury from a November 3, 2011 house show match where he & Bully Ray faced Jeff Hardy & Rob Van Dam due to Hardy’s “reckless, drunken wrestling”.

Steiner is also putting Hulk Hogan at blame, citing that Hogan was charge of the show and approving the “script of the match.”

Steiner had previously filed a counter-suit against TNA in June when they sued him in May for his Twitter posts on Hulk Hogan, Eric Bischoff & others.

In this lawsuit, Steiner is seeking $750,000 in damage, including the loss of consortium for his wife.

A hearing to dismiss the TNA suit against Steiner has been set for November 30th, but as of yesterday, TNA has yet to be served with Steiner’s 2nd lawsuit.
