As of Press time, I have yet to receive picks from Dave Stephens, Jose Marrero, Mike Tedesco, Rocky Jiminez, and Rick Taylor.

TNA Genesis

Evan O. – MISS TESSMACHER.

Nick G. – SKY.

Anthony V. – TESSMACHER. In a way, I don’t see this feud over yet. Won’t be surprised if Sky wins though.

Greg M. – VELVET SKY.

Josh B. – MICKIE.

Darragh O. – VELVET SKY.

Grash – VELVET SKY.

Jason N. – TESSMACHER.

Matt O. – VELVET SKY.

Clinton B. – VELVET SKY.

Wade B. – This comes down to either Mickie or Velvet. Mickie’s already had her shot, so I’m picking VELVET. Why bring her back if you’re not going to immediately put her and that smoking hot catsuit back in the spotlight?

CONSENSUS: VELVET SKY appeared on 7 ballots. Tessmacher was on 3 and Mickie was on 1.

TNA Genesis

Evan O. – JAMES STORM.

Nick G. – STORM.

Anthony V. – STORM. They need to build Storm back up, and who better against Daniels? To those watching the show, this will be your match of the night.

Greg M. – JAMES STORM.

Josh B. – STORM.

Darragh O. – STORM.

Grash – JAMES STORM.

Jason N. – DANIELS.

Matt O. – DANIELS.

Clinton B. – JAMES STORM.

Wade B. – Styles makes a run-in, costs Storm the match, setting up a feud between the two just in time for Lockdown. Besides, Kaz and Daniels are easily the most entertaining thing on TNA these days. They’re TNA’s “Rhodes Scholars”. DANIELS wins.

CONSENSUS: STORM 8-3.

TNA Genesis

Evan O. – KENNY KING.

Nick G. – KENNY KING.

Anthony V. – KENNY KING. As much as I am a fan of York, I think an RVD vs. King matchup will be better than RVD vs. York.

Greg M. – KENNY KING.

Josh B. – KING.

Darragh O. – KENNY KING.

Grash – KENNY KING.

Jason N. – KING.

Matt O. – KING.

Clinton B. – CHRISTIAN YORK. They will d*ick Kenny King around.

Wade B. – Given what’ll happen in the title match, I could see either man winning here. But the way they’ve set up this match and the title match on the same night makes me think the purpose here is to fully complete King’s heel turn. I’m picking YORK to win here, with King either injuring him after the match or making a run-in during the title match.

CONSENSUS: KING 9-2.

TNA Genesis

Evan O. – JOSEPH PARK.

Nick G. – DEVON.

Anthony V. – DEVON. Because if As and 8s goes scoreless in Genesis, then how can you ever take this faction seriously?

Greg M. – DEVON.

Josh B. – DEVON.

Darragh O. – DEVON.

Grash – JOSEPH PARK.

Jason N. – DEVON.

Matt O. – DEVON.

Clinton B. – JOSEPH PARK by way of Taz calling him Abyss.

Wade B. – I have no idea what they’re planning to do with Park, but I’m guessing it involves getting his brains beat in here. DEVON wins. Now, joke’s over, bring back Abyss.

CONSENSUS: DEVON 8-3

TNA Genesis

Evan O. – STING.

Nick G. – STING.

Anthony V. – STING. Either clean or by DQ. Will As and 8s get steam again?

Greg M. – STING.

Josh B. – STING.

Darragh O. – STING.

Grash – D.O.C.

Jason N. – STING.

Matt O. – STING.

Clinton B. – STING.

Wade B. – STING wins. He’s not losing his first match fresh off his big return.

CONSENSUS:STING 10-1

Singles Match for the TNA X Division Championship
Rob Van Dam (c) vs. Winner of Christian York and Kenny King (Note: If you pick York OR King and they win, it will count regardless.)

Evan O. – RVD.

Nick G. – KING.

Anthony V. – RVD. I think this is easy, RVD rarely loses on PPV and I think the theory is proven correct.

Greg M. – RVD.

Josh B. – KING.

Darragh O. – RVD.

Grash – YORK/KING.

Jason N. – RVD.

Matt O. – RVD.

Clinton B. – RVD.

Wade B. – There’s the Undertaker at WM, and then there’s RVD at Every-PPV-Known-To-Man. He never jobs to anybody. It’s a law as consistant as gravity. RVD retains. When he does lose it’ll be on Impact.

CONSENSUS: RVD over the challengers 8-3.

TNA Genesis

Evan O. – CHAVO AND HERNANDEZ.

Nick G. – SLEEZY BLUEPRINT.

Anthony V. – RYAN AND MORGAN. I don’t know why I am going here, but possibly because the division needs a jolt and Joey Ryan can do just that.

Greg M. – CHAVO & HERNANDEZ.

Josh B. – CHAVO & HERNANDEZ.

Darragh O. – CHAVO AND HERNANDEZ.

Grash – CHAVO GUERRERO, JR. AND HERNANDEZ.

Jason N. – RYAN & MORGAN.

Matt O. – HERNANDEZ & CHAVO.

Clinton B. – THE MEXICANS.

Wade B. – I can’t think of one reason why you’d give the titles to The Pornstache Blueprint. GUERRERO AND HERNANDEZ retain.

CONSENSUS: CHAVO GUERRERO AND HERNANDEZ 8-3.

TNA Genesis

Evan O. – JEFF HARDY.

Nick G. – HARDY.

Anthony V. – HARDY. Roode and Aries will attack Hardy early, each other after that. Hardy takes the advantage and wins.

Greg M. – JEFF HARDY.

Josh B. – HARDY.

Darragh O. – JEFF HARDY.

Grash – JEFF HARDY.

Jason N. – HARDY.

Matt O. – JEFF HARDY.

Clinton B. – Mike Adamle texted me. He told me to pick JEFF HARVEY.

Wade B. – TNA’s “John Cena” wins here. JEFF HARDY retains (yawn). See kids, being obnoxiously popular is very important in life.

CONSENSUS: JEFF HARDY got all 11 ballots.

Dismissal

Well, that concludes our latest edition of Predictions from the Faculty. We will be back in 14 DAYS for our final PPV of the 2012-2013 season, The 2013 WWE Royal Rumble! Be sure to check out the TNA Genesis post-show, hosted by either Adam Martin, Dave Stephens, Mike Tedesco, Jason Namako, or anyone else on the Wrestleview staff.

UPDATE: Due to the TNA’s elimination of the Against All Odds PPV in February we will start the NEW Predictions Season on February 2013 with WWE’s Elimination Chamber PPV.

Furthermore, with TNA’s new PPV schedule it appears that in the 2013-2014 Predictions Season we will only take TNA predictions for the Lockdown, Slammiversary, Bound for Glory, and Genesis 2014 PPVs. Since the rest are pre-taped, they are out.

Also, up for discussion will be predicting iPPVs for Ring of Honor, since they are in the national television market and have weekly programming. We will keep you posted.

Take Care and enjoy the show tonight! Until next time, you are DISMISSED!
