TNA sued by Eric Bischoff, Garret Bischoff & Jason Hervey

Eric Bischoff, Garret Bischoff and Jason Hervey have all filed a breach of contract lawsuit against TNA Entertainment for unpaid money in the amount of $114,500.02 in a lawsuit filed on 5/15 in Davidson County, Tennesee according to a report by Jason Powell.

Hervey and Eric Bischoff are listed together under their Bischoff Hervey Entertainment company stating they were hired on a “pay or play” basis cliaming TNA owes them $101,500 in unpaid money for January 2015 through March 2015. They are also seeking cost of “entering this action, including reasonable attorney’s fees.” Hervey and Bischoff served as executive producers for TNA with a base salary of $426,800 per year.

Garret Bischoff was listed as being originally part of the Bischoff Hervey Entertainment agreement and then signed a separate talent agreement on October 24, 2012. Garret claims he is owed $13,000.02 in unpaid compensation for October 2014 through March 2015. His deal included a monthly compensation of $2,166.67 on a “play or pay basis” with an additional $500 for paid performances. His contract with TNA expired on March 31, 2015.

The lawsuit stated that TNA had made payments to Bischoff Hervey Entertainment in a timely manner through September 2014 and that attorneys for the company notifed TNA on November 4, 2014 of a breach in the terms of the agreeement for pay in October and advised that the company had 20 days to rectify the situation. A second notice was issued twenty days later. TNA eventually issued a payment of $101,500 “on or before January 1, 2015.” Bischoff Hervey Entertainment seeks the same amount of of unpaid money for the final three months of their contract that expired on March 31, 2015.

TNA has yet to officially respond to the lawsuit filed last week.
