Following last night’s live 1/8 TNA One Night Only PPV in Bethlehem, TNA taped a match for an upcoming episode of Impact Wrestling on Pop TV featuring Matt Hardy defeating EC3 to win the TNA World Heavyweight Championship.
TNA had setup the match at tapings this week in Bethlehem where the stipulation was if Hardy lost, he would leave TNA. Tyrus ended up turning on EC3 interfering during the match costing Carter the title and to end his unbeaten streak.
