To follow up on reports from yesterday regarding TNA making the decision to release Angelina Love (Lauren Williams), it was not a “company decision” and was soley due to her work visa issues. A report by PWInsider has noted that the company had been waiting for Love to get her issues taken care of and they felt they were forced into letting her go since it wasn’t fixed. While it was initially reported yesterday that Love was believed to be working under a visa she obtained while under a developmental deal with WWE, a source in WWE claimed that couldn’t have been the case as that visa was revoked when she was let go.
