TNA has announced that two “King of the Mountain” matches will be taking place at the company’s Slammiversary PPV on Sunday, June 21 in Detroit, MI.
This will include the annual “King of the Mountain” main event match for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship and then a new “King of the Mountain” Match for the TNA X Division Championship.
Detroit Tigers star Curtis Granderson is scheduled to present the TNA X Division Championship to the winner of the X Division “King of the Mountain” Championship match.

TNA World Heavyweight Championship – “King of the Mountain”
– Qualified so far: Mick Foley (c), Jeff Jarrett & AJ Styles
TNA X Division Championship – “King of the Mountain”
– Qualified so far: Suicide (c)
TNA World Tag Team Championship Match
– Team 3D (c’s) vs. Beer Money, Inc.
