“Yes, sir, we promised you a great main event…” The WWE video leads us into the show.

The Superstars video plays and we’re brought into the arena with a big fireworks display. Jack Korpela and Matt Striker welcome us to the show. It is three days until WrestleMania!

Match Rating: * 3/4

Eve Torres, Natalya, and Gail Kim will take on The Bella Twins and Melina later tonight.

-Commercial Break-

Josh Mathews and Scott Stanford welcome us back to the show. They then show a tremendous video package highlighting Undertaker vs. Triple H. We see these video packages so often that we may take them for granted. I’m not going to do that tonight. I have to go on record and say just how awesome the WWE production team is. That was absolutely tremendous.

-Commercial Break-

They promote WWE Night on Monday. We’ll have the Hall of Fame ceremony at 8, Raw at 9, and the premiere of Tough Enough immediately after Raw. I’m pumped up about that!

They show a video that hypes up all the publicity WWE got by bringing in Snooki. They then show their confrontation at Miami Mike’s Sports Bar in East Hanover. I’ve frequented that bar a few times and it’s nowhere near the Jersey Shore just so you know.

We’ll take a look at the World Heavyweight Championship match between Edge and Alberto Del Rio next.

-Commercial Break-

Keri Hilson will perform America the Beautiful at WrestleMania.

They show another tremendous video package that hypes up the World Heavyweight Championship match at WrestleMania. I’m really looking forward to that match.

They show The Miz’s appearance on Conan. That was a pretty funny appearance.

They’ll show the final segment of Raw next with John Cena, The Miz, and The Rock.

-Commercial Break-

The Raw Rebound plays featuring the confrontation between The Rock, John Cena, and The Miz.

The 6 Diva Tag Team Match is next.

-Commercial Break-

Melina is tagged in and Natalya slams her right down. Gail Kim is tagged and they hit a wheelbarrow splash on Melina for a near fall. Gain bounces Melina off the ropes but Melina blocks one. Gail avoids a big boot and Melina falls into a split. Gail hits a running boot to the head for a near fall. Gail hits a jackknife pin for a one count. Melina sends her to the corner and hits a running dropkick. Melina tags in one of the Bellas and they tag back and forth, working over Gail. Melina is tagged in and she slams Gail down. Melina hits a face-buster for a near fall. Melina punches her down and hits some crossfaces. Melina goes for the Last Call but Gail gets out. Gail then counters a head-scissor into a powerbomb.

Eve and one of the Bellas are tagged in. Eve hits a clothesline and a pair of dropkicks. Eve kicks and hits another clothesline. Eve gets distracted by the other Bella so the referee admonishes her. Eve goes into the ropes but Melina pulls it down, sending her out of the ring. Natalya attacks Melina and the Bellas do their switch. Eve comes in and goes for a suplex but the fresh Bella hits an X-Factor for the win.

Mike’s Thoughts

I’m really racking my brain to think of something, anything, constructive to say about this show but there really isn’t a point. This was basically a video hype show for WrestleMania with two pointless matches crammed in just to say, “Yeah, we had wrestling on a wrestling show.” Be sure to check out next week’s episode as, apparently, it will be the last episode of it on American television. This will be another WWE.com web gem after that.

Final Rating: N/A
