Lucha legend and CMLL star Negro Casas will be making his first appearance in the United States in quite some time this Sunday (03/25) in El Paso, TX for the LLE (Lucha Libre Ent.) promotion. He will be teaming with Pel Maldad & Hurricane Hector to face Magno, Metro, & Hermez in a Trios Match. The full lineup is below.
LLE will also bring in several other CMLL stars in the month of April as Atlantis, Mascara Dorada, Ultimo Guerrero, Mephisto, Marcela, & Tiffany will be wrestling on the 04/28 event in El Paso, TX! Also, lucha legends Mil Mascaras & El Canek will be wrestling on the same card. The full lineup is below as well. Tickets for both events are only $10 and are on sale through TicketMaster.

New Psicosis???
AAA is currently teasing “the return of Psicosis” (the video is below). We know it’s not going to be Psicosis II who is still in CMLL and has no desire to return to AAA. In 2009 & 2010 AAA did use someone under the Psicosis name (Psicosis III) and that person was formerly known as Toxico and now wrestles again under the Toxico name. He’s currently wrestling independently in Mexico and it’s believed that he won’t be this new Psicosis (because AAA was not high on him when he was under the mask) so it’s likely going to be someone new under the mask. AAA could always put Nicho el Millonario (the original Psicosis and the best) back under the mask as he still wrestles occasionally in America under the name, but that is obviously frowned upon (though AAA has no problem allowing Silver King to wrestle under the mask he lost over 20 years ago) and Nicho seems to have moved on from the Psicosis name, at least in Mexico.

Lucha Libre USA National Tour
This week LL-USA announced that their upcoming tour has added several dates making the “Masked Warriors Live Tour” a national tour. The tour will run from March 23rd until May 12th and will go from California to Texas. Lizmark Jr., Super Nova, Pequeno Halloween, Marco Corleone, Hurricane Helms, Mini Park, Tinieblas Jr., El Oriental, Chavo Guerrero Jr., Latin Lover, Melina, Jillian Hall, L.A. Rey Misterio Confusion Continues
This week the new El Hijo de Rey Misterio (Hijo de Rey Misterio II) claims that Hijo de Rey Misterio I will now be going as Rey Misterio Jr. “to clear up confusion” over the names (yeah right). I’m still going to call them Hijo de Rey Misterio I and Hijo de Rey Misterio II because there is only one Rey Misterio Jr. in my eyes.
More Joshi Stars Coming to CHIKARA
This week CHIKARA Pro Wrestling announced that the female wrestler stars of Japan or Joshi stars would be once again gracing the CHIKARA ring, this time during their big 10th Anniversary shows in May. Fan favorite Meiko Satomura will be making her American debut on those shows and she will be bringing three of her protégés: DASH Chisako, Kagetsu, & Sendai Sachiko. Satomura was originally scheduled to take part in December’s “JoshiMania” events but a broken foot forced her out of it, and she is making that up this May.
DG-USA Signs Mystery Luchador
Dragon Gate USA announced this week that they have signed a “mystery luchador” from Mexico who will be making his debut at the WrestleMania weekend events in Florida. They have decided to not announce this person’s name before the event so it’s a surprise. They do say that many DG-USA fans may already be familiar with this person and he has a growing reputation in Mexico. The mystery luchador will make his debut on 03/29 in Hollywood, CA against Masato Yoshino and then will take part on the 03/31 Aerial Elimination Match being set up by PAC which will also feature PAC, Rich Swann, & Lince Dorado. He will also wrestle on 03/20 in Miami in a match that’s yet to be announced. With Dragon Gate USA’s past with Skadye Sr. that could very well be who this involves, with Turbo being the name that first pops into my head. El Hijo del Rey Misterio II would also be another possibility just off a name (and ability) alone, but there are countless young luchadors that this could be. Samurai del Sol is another possibility and he does speak English.
Super Crazy In Japan
This week Super Crazy wrapped up his current tour of Japan in Pro Wrestling NOAH. He and Ricky Marvin teamed up to defeat ROH tag team The Bravado Brothers but then fell short in their shot at the GHC Jr. Heavyweight Tag Titles when Suzuki pinned Marvin to retain the belts.
