Show opens with commentary saying that the World Title match will be given the entire hour of time devoted to it.

Kyle O’Reilly comes out for the match, but then Bullet Club run out and attack O’Reilly. Young Bucks trap O’Reilly’s arm in a chair and then Adam Cole hits the chair repeatedly with another chair, trying to Pillmanize O’Reilly’s arm. Bobby Fish runs out for the save as Bullet Club flees and attendants check on the injured O’Reilly.

We see a medical attendant putting tape on O’Reilly’s injured shoulder as Fish and the medical attendant are pleading with him to not wrestle tonight as he will have the title match at another time, but O’Reilly is refusing and is hell-bent on wrestling tonight.

Commentary talks about what just happened and say that there are stand-by matches ready to go.

War Machine def. Tough Guy Inc. by pinfall when they pinned Hughes with the Fallout. Afterwards, Lee and Taylor run out and brawl with War Machine once again, much like last week.

Briscoes cut a promo about their match with the Young Bucks next week.

Cheeseburger and Will Ferrara goes to a No Contest when the Cabinet interferes. MOOSE runs in after to make the save, leading to..

The Cabinet def. MOOSE w/Stokely Hathaway, Cheeseburger and Will Ferrara by pinfall when Titus pinned Cheeseburger with Rhettribution.

Before the main event, Jay Lethal gets on the mic and pleads with O’Reilly to not do the match, that he already showed enough by coming out here with his injury and he will get a title match when he is fully healed. O’Reilly says he appreciates what Lethal said, but he has to do this now, let’s fight like the men we are.

Main Event for the ROH World Title: Jay Lethal (c) def. Kyle O’Reilly by pinfall to retain the title with the Lethal Injection.

Afterwards, Bullet Club runs back out and attacks O’Reilly again. Cole hits O’Reilly with the Brainbuster across the knee, then the Bucks lay out O’Reilly with the IndyTaker onto a chair. Bobby Fish runs back out to make the save, as well as Jay Lethal as Bullet Club flees. Matchmaker Nigel McGuinness gets on the mic and proclaims that as long as he is the matchmaker, Adam Cole will never get another shot at the ROH World Title. Bullet Club fumes at Nigel’s announcement as the show closes.
