Antonio Cesaro vs. The Miz (WWE United States Title – Final Update)

Miz is able to break it out and toss Cesaro to the outside. Cesaro gets Miz up on his shoulders, Miz pushes off and sends Cesaro knee first into the steel ring steps. Back in the ring, Miz with a chop block on Cesaro. Miz blocks a kick by Cesaro sending him to the corner. Miz with a series of kicks and then plants Cesaro with a quick DDT. Miz hooks the leg and Cesaro kicks out. Cesaro is favoring his knee. Miz with a huge dropkick to the knee of Cesaro. Miz drops repeated knees to the bad leg of Cesaro. Cesaro avoids a Figure Four attempt by Miz. Miz ends up dropping a knee connecting with a low blow when Cesaro kicks his leg away. Cesaro grabs the referee and shows him that a low blow took place from Miz. The referee calls for the bell.

Winner via DQ and still WWE United States Champion: Antonio Cesaro

After the match, we see a replay of Antonio Cesaro kicking away the leg of The Miz causing Miz to drop his knee on the groin of Cesaro. Back live, the referee hands the title to Cesaro. The Miz argues with the referee and then gives Cesaro an intentional low blow kick. Cesaro falls out of the ring in pain clutching his title.

Backstage, Daniel Bryan asks Kane why keeps giving him the silent treatment. Bryan asks him if it is about what went down at the Royal Rumble. Kane tells Bryan he is taking tonight very seriously as he has been in WWE for 15 years and hasn’t had the opportunity to main event Wrestlemania. Bryan offers to watch his back tonight. They both hug. Kane says tonight Bryan will watch his back and he will watch his own back as well.

Back in the arena we see a shot of the Elimination Chamber starting to lower around the ring.
