Shinsuke Nakamura says his run with WWE is destiny

The New York Post is featuring an interview with Shinsuke Nakamura where he talks about his transition from wrestling in Japan to signing with WWE back in 2016.

Nakamura noted being able to accomplish this the same time AJ Styles did.

“It’s an amazing thing for WWE history I think. We crossed over, we crossed the border line in Japan and the States, different company and that’s why I say this is destiny.”

Nakamura also noted he isn’t concerned about “star” ratings for his upcoming match against Styles at WrestleMania 34 this Sunday night in New Orleans.

“Actually I don’t care about the ratings, five stars, six stars, seven stars, whatever. But I really want to enjoy this match. I want to do everything I can do. I want to take everything he can do. When he was in Japan, he needed to adjust, but now he doesn’t need to. For me, this took time to adjust, but now I feel comfortable with the WWE. At WrestleMania I can show my 100 percent or more.”

Paige plays a prank on Absolution

WWE has uploaded a video showing Paige playing a prank on Absolution (Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville) at a WWE live event this past weekend.

Paige told Rose and Deville she missed her flight and was sent home.
