Update on Brock Lesnar’s new deal with WWE

Brock Lesnar’s new deal with WWE is not believed to be a lengthy contract according to a new report by Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com.

As noted yesterday, WWE’s announcement of Lesnar’s re-signing did not specifically mention any kind of year long or multi-year deal option.

Lesnar, who did not appear on last night’s RAW in New Orleans, will defend the WWE Universal Championship against Roman Reigns in a steel cage match at the upcoming Greatest Royal Rumble event on April 27 in three weeks from Saudi Arabia.

Ratings for Hall of Fame and WrestleMania Kickoff

WWE aired programming during WrestleMania weekend on the USA Network.

The 4/7 re-airing of the Class of 2018 WWE Hall of Fame ceremony drew 665,000 viewers. A replay did air before last night’s RAW. We will have the number for that later today.

The 4/8 WrestleMania Kickoff Show drew 762,000 viewers on Sunday night.
