Styles vs. Nakamura announced for WWE Backlash
WWE officially confirmed that AJ Styles would be defending the WWE Championship against Shinsuke Nakamura next weekend at the WWE Backlash PPV in New Jersey.
This will be the third television WWE Championship match between Styles and Nakamura in the company, with the second match going down at the Greatest Royal Rumble on Friday.
That match ended in a double count out with Styles once again retaining.
Film based on Paige’s life now delayed
The film “Fighting With My Family” based on the life of WWE star and now Smackdown Live General Manager Paige will now see a delayed release in 2019.
According to a report by Deadline.com, the film was originally scheduled to be released this September and has now been moved to a March 1 release date next year.
The movie was originally scheduled to go up against FOX’s “Predator” reboot, Sony’s “White Boy Rick” and Lionsgate’s “A Simple Favor.”
