Chael Sonnen reveals WWE offer to no-show UFC PPV

During a recent appearance on “Below the Belt” with Brendan Schaub on Showtime, former UFC star and current Bellator MMA fighter Chael Sonnen claimed he was given an offer from WWE back in 2012 to show up on Monday Night RAW.

According to Sonnen, the offer on the table from WWE (reportedly worth up to $1 million) would be for him to completely no-show the UFC 148 PPV where he was scheduled to headline against Anderson Silva for the UFC Middleweight Championship.

Sonnen also said the other part of the offer involved the title and showing up on WWE television if he beat Silva, with another lucrative offer on the table.
