WWE issued the following on Twitter on Saturday night following former UFC fighter and independent star Matt Riddle being shown at ringside, confirming wrestling media reports from several weeks back that Riddle has signed with NXT.
Riddle finished up his independent dates with EVOLVE earlier this month and wrestled his final independent match on Friday night, losing to Pierre Carl Oulette at GCW’s Joey Janela’s Lost in New York show.

Trailer for NXT UK coming to WWE Network
A trailer aired during tonight’s NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn IV live special on WWE Network for the upcoming NXT UK show that is being billed as “coming soon” to WWE Network. The first tapings took place last month in England and will continue with tapings scheduled over the course of the next several months.
