Big Cass says many mistakes led to his WWE release: “I definitely would have fired myself”

Big Cass

Former WWE star Big Cass (William Morrissey) made an appearance on Booker T’s “Heated Conversations” radio show where he discussed his release from WWE.

Cass was released by WWE back in June just days after the Money in the Bank PPV, where he lost to Daniel Bryan after the two had been feuding on Smackdown Live.

Cass cites making a lot of mistakes in a short period of time for getting cut by WWE.

“Look, I’ll just be honest with you, in my opinion, they made the right decision for them. It was the right decision to get rid of me at that point in time. Not saying I won’t be back, but at that point in time they definitely made the right decision for them. And to be honest with you, looking at it, they made the right decision for me. I definitely would have fired myself. If I was in Vince McMahon’s position, I would have fired myself for sure, 100 percent.”
