Ahead of the Smackdown 1000 special this Tuesday on the USA network, WWE posted to their website that the newest edition of the “WWE Untold” documentary will feature the late Eddie Guerrero and will air live this Sunday at 1:00pm ET/10:00am PT on the company’s YouTube Channel.
According to WWE, this episode will explore how Guerrero became a leader on Smackdown during the first brand split in 2002 both as a performer and behind the scenes. In addition, there will be exclusive interviews with Vickie Guerrero, Aiden English (who is to married to Guerrero’s daughter Shaul, and wrestled in WWE under the ring name Raquel Diaz), John Cena, Batista, Kurt Angle, JBL, Paul and Sasha Banks.
On November 13, 2005, Eddie Guerrero passed away at age 38 due to acute heart failure. He was found unconscious in his hotel room at The Marriott City Center in Minneapolis.
