WWE Friday Night Smackdown Tapings for February 20:
– The show starts with World Heavyweight Champion Edge coming out. Jeff Hardy interrupts him which leads to Hardy taking out Edge with a Twist of Fate. It sets up Edge vs. Hardy later in the night in a non-title match.
– WWE Divas Champion Maryse & Michelle McCool defeated Maria & Eve Torres.
– A video airs of The Colons spying on Morrison and Miz during their dates with The Bella Twins.
– MVP & R-Truth defeated WWE U.S. Champion Shelton Benjamin & Chavo Guerrero when Chavo turned on Benjamin.
– WWE Champion Triple H cut a promo about Randy Orton.
– Umaga defeated Scotty Goldman.
– Vickie Guerrero walked out saying Shawn Michaels and JBL do not decide who faces The Undertaker at WrestleMania – she does. Vladimir Kozlov then comes out and challenges Undertaker.
– World Heavyweight Champion Edge vs. Jeff Hardy in a non-title match ends in a DQ when Matt Hardy runs out and takes out Jeff. AFter the match, Matt gets on the mic and challenges Jeff to a match next week.
