The official schedule for SyFy lists the final episode of WWE NXT as taking place on Tuesday, September 28 at 11:00 p.m. ET (one hour later than its normal timeslot) with a replay later that week on Friday, October 1 at 7:00 p.m. ET (one hour before the live debut of Smackdown at 8:00 p.m. ET). After that point, NXT is no longer on the schedule. The Wrestling Observer Newsletter noted that WWE made attempts to keep it on the station in addition to shopping the show around to other networks. Were told WWE is very interested in keeping the show going.
