According to an article by The Hartford Courant, a political gathering on Sunday evening with close to 100 people, including Linda McMahon, was interrupted when a bomb threat was called in. The gathering was a political fundraiser held at the home of Republican Town Chairman Tom Banisch when officers received the threat at 4:35 p.m. No one was injured.
