ESPN.com is featuring an interview with WWE World Heavyweight Champion Chris Jericho where he talks about WWE’s NXT show and how he wasn’t really given a choice on being part of it.
“I wasn’t really given a choice in performing. I was basically just told I was going to be on the show and that was it. But I think it’s a good concept. There are still some bugs that need to be worked out in the system, but I like my prot?g?, Wade Barrett. I think he’s got great presence and a great character. I also think Daniel Bryan, obviously, is an extraordinary performer as well. Those two guys stand out to me right off the bat.”
