Update on Jim Ross following Raw appearance

There was legitimate fear last night that Jim Ross may have torn his knee when he was attacked by Jack Swagger in the Michael Cole-Jerry Lawler angle on Raw.

Jim Ross via Twitter: “Moving mighty slow this morning … I can assure my friends in mma like mauro ranallo that I have a new found respect 4 submission holds ie ankle lock. I’m sore as hell 4 real.”

There were mixed messages being sent at last night’s Raw regarding JR’s status for Wrestlemania. A source suggested that Ross would be doing the commentary at Wrestlemania, while another source insisted that a decision had not been made yet, according to Dave Meltzer.
